It's the other way around - animations and discos are not seen or heard. Or - only from crowds of mothers with babies. There, for the first time in my life, I saw with my own eyes the assault between women - they could not decide which of them should give way to the other in line for cutlets :) There are no foreigners - mostly Russians.
