We were accompanied to the hospital by one of the receptionists, Emir, who, instead of providing us with all possible assistance or at least moral support, acted very sluggishly, creating even more problems for us.
I asked him to call the hotel, find out how the situation with the cat is, but for 5 hours, while we were in the hospital, NO RESULTS!! ! ! !
To our request to provide us with a document on the vaccination of a cat, the answer was "WE are not ready to provide you with a document, because we are not sure that this is an animal from our hotel"


There was no choice, we had to go to a state hospital, administer a rabies vaccine, where, in addition to the stress of the situation that had developed with us, we were in the same room with accident victims, dying people and their screaming relatives, which doubled our stress!! ! !
The hotel worker, Emir, did not give us any help even when it was our turn, and when the hospital employee working in the emergency room in front of us skipped the line for Turkish citizens, not at all paying attention to the fact that we were with a small child.
