Очень испортился! Very spoiled!

We were in this hotel 2 years ago, more or less liked the value for money. And so we decided to repeat our holiday in Pine Beach Belek in 2021. We stayed here for a week and we were completely disappointed! When the hotel was half full, you could put up with the deteriorating quality of food and mediocre shows. And now the occupancy is almost 100% and there are crazy queues everywhere! It's a pandemic! Everyone in the hotel without masks, except for the staff. In the evening, you don’t even want to go to the restaurant, because you have to queue everywhere. The waiters can't cope with the influx of people.
Sunbeds on the beach have to deal early in the morning. And they smoke everywhere! And the staff does not even want to make comments to people who smoke during the show! Is it okay that children are sitting everywhere? They offered to make a remark to the girl smoking next to me. Is this NORMAL for you?
All in all, we won't go to this hotel again. It does not live up to its 5 stars, the maximum is 3!
