We arrived at night, they didn’t check us in as they waited for others until 14:00, they didn’t clean the room at all, the floors were dirty, hair was left from other guests, the sheets were dirty, they asked to either change the room or do a general cleaning, they pretended that they didn’t understand, then they raised their voice, they immediately heard us and fulfilled their duties. For the entire stay (10 days) the room was cleaned twice. By the way, some people came because of the lack of rooms, they tried to accommodate several families in one room, so we were still lucky.
Next is the kitchen....the dishes are dirty, if you like beef and decent fish, then you can’t wait, there was one chicken and then you had to stand in line for a couple of minutes, well, hope that you will stay and not have to wait another 10 minutes until another batch arrives. The meat, by the way, was often undercooked. Since the staff was not enough and did not have time to just cook. Next beach and pool sunbeds are dirty! Straight black, broken. Toilets on the beach are a completely different story, which I don’t even want to write about. This is not the second line, we were taken to the beach on an old bus, which was barely moving and in order not to travel several times, we were all stuffed so that we could not even hold on to the handrails, due to "support" from different sides. And if you don’t have time or don’t want to climb into the crowd, you will wait an hour until the next departure.
Vacation ruined. Those who wrote positive reviews about this hotel, simply simply did not rest better in hotels and do not understand that such service is not the norm. And another tip is not to go on special offers. Well, through PEGAS we will no longer fly to rest.
