I very rarely write reviews about hotels, but after staying at this hotel (the first time we rested in it), I want to write a lot of kind words to the hotel management and especially to the staff !! ! Everything went at the highest level, from check-in to individual transfer (compliment from the hotel)
The staff works 100%, always all friendly, help in solving any issue.
The territory is chic near the hotel, the pools are clean, no one in the hotel was sick and it pleases!
Service on the beach is another story, ordering drinks by code and in 5 minutes you have everything! ! just gorgeous!
I want to say thanks to the assistant Shakhnoza for the attentive attitude and quick resolution of all issues! Special thanks to Zuhri Getin for the most delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, for the variety of food and drinks and beautiful presentation, for being so attentive to guests and listening to all wishes. In other hotels there is a lack of such people ((

The only thing that I didn’t really like was that there was a lot of live music (ensembles performed), I wanted more dance music (I came with two children, but everyone wants to have fun)! And you can at least sometimes do some parties during the day. This is a family hotel, not a nursing home after all )))))) Families are young and everyone wanted to have fun, even children! ! )) otherwise 10 out of 10 points!! ! Thank you Rixos for this amazing holiday! ! Will be back again 100%
