Every hotel has a guest relations department. Have you tried going there? And there is also a hotel guide from your TO, and there is also a book of complaints and suggestions. You can write your complaint there. Sun City used to be one of the top four in Oludeniz with nice friendly staff. Is it really that messed up?

During my stay in this hotel at the beginning of May 2017. When communicating with the staff, such problems were not noticed. On the contrary, very friendly staff, when dealing with questions, they always tried to solve everything, if possible, to prompt and tell. Upon check-in - they offered one room, we did not like it (1st floor), without problems (and additional funding!) We replaced it with another one.
And what you write"no one needs anything ", I can not agree: everywhere on the territory is clean, everything is well-groomed, everything is in order; in a restaurant, snack bar, empty dishes are always replenished, dishes are removed on time, tablecloths are changed; the bars on the territory are always full of everything ... Everything, as expected, in a good hotel ... And the territory of the hotel's beach in the Blue Lagoon is so beautiful! All the same hotel staff is watching all this...
