3 adults rested, they first came to Turkey and, probably, the last. It was very unpleasant that the dissatisfaction of tourists does not excite some of the hotel workers. In particular, the receptionist Ainur struck us with his indifference and always said the phrase on duty: "If you don't like something, it's your problem! ". We asked him to change the room upon check-in and give us a room whose windows do not look at garbage cans and utility rooms, but at something more pleasant... There were free rooms in the hotel, and we ourselves saw this by going to their website under the name of a new tourist who decided to book a room. But we were refused, and one member of our family, an asthmatic who came to Kirish to breathe mountain and sea air, was forced to stay in the hotel with the windows closed. The rest of the equipment was serviceable, except for the lock in the balcony door - it broke three times, and a man with a drill was sent to us.
The room was located on the 1st floor. The bathroom often smelled like sewage. But this is not only in the hotel, but throughout the town, such a smell was periodically repeated. But we were "hostages" of this situation and decided to look for pluses. And found! The food is delicious, varied, beautifully decorated, the dining room is cleaned carefully, quickly - the cooks and the young guys who worked in the cleaning and in the bars are just great! Animators - too. I especially liked Katya, the host of children's programs and water aerobics. Many thanks to all of them, thanks to them the rest at the hotel was not so painful. The male hosts were not very liked, and we tried not to participate in their events, especially in the evening.
I would also like to note that the hotel has very little greenery. Almost the entire interior area is under the hot sun: a pool, a stage and steps where spectators sit, counters where meat and grilled vegetables were fried and given out. The bar tables, which were used as dining tables during the day, are shielded from the sun by a canopy, but it heats up, and heat comes from it, like in a bathhouse. It was not always possible to take a place in the dining room, but there were no air conditioners there either, only sometimes the fans were turned on. On the day of departure, guests are asked to vacate the room at 12 noon, regardless of the arrival time of the transfer. For example, we waited for 6 hours near the reception, with suitcases, dressed, sweaty. 1 fan was turned on for the entire large room, and then it stood near the sofas, where guides hold meetings with newly arrived tourists. If you want to extend your stay in the room - pay 20 dollars.

But there are also positive aspects: the very first thing is the sea! It is beautiful, warm, and close to the hotel. On the beach there are hotel sun loungers with mattresses and awnings (towels are paid), we brought our own. There is a water cooler right on the beach, the toilet and shower are from other hotels, but we were allowed to use. Garbage collection on the beach happened every day several times, it was nice to see a clean area. Thanks to the workers who worked in the sun! It's also great that there were lifeguards nearby, who vigilantly watched the vacationers and warned us in time about adverse situations.
Another positive point is sociable, friendly people outside the hotel (sellers of retail shops, distributors on the beach, etc. ) - almost everyone speaks Russian, they explain and suggest if you ask something. Unobtrusive, which surprised us! As a result, our vacation was not completely overshadowed, you can generally rate it as a "4". But the hotel does not want to put more "3". It does not "pull" for four stars, definitely! I would never recommend Anita Dream to anyone.
