The hotel is in dire need of renovation. Literally everything is outdated - from light switches and telephones to furniture and plumbing. The rooms are very dark, the lights barely shine. Dirty everywhere, disgusting cleaning, mirrors are not wiped, rust on tiles and plumbing, black mold on refrigerators and air conditioners, there are a lot of dirty sunbeds on the beach. Some beach towels have already been worn down to the state of gauze, but they still continue to be issued. The restaurant cannot be called a "restaurant", it looks like a student canteen. You either run around and look for a place because it's too small for a hotel like this, or you fight off flies because they are everywhere (including on food that is laid on). The minibar is replenished only upon arrival, there are no standard hygiene products in the bathroom such as cotton pads, sticks, mini shampoos, conditioners, nail files. The administration responds quickly to complaints, and can instantly provide some additional bonuses (which should be the standard for all guests), but judging by the old reviews and standard responses to them, global problems have been around for a very long time and are ignored.
