We came to this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, we did not get to the a la carte restaurant, the record was only 4 days in advance. But the girls organized fruit and wine for us in the room, and a cake with applause on the terrace. It was very nice. We arrived at the hotel at night, settled us in the morning, probably Iskander from the reception took pity and did not wait for 14 hours. But I talked with other vacationers, they were settled immediately. I do not think that someone cleans the rooms at night, especially since there were no tourists leaving.
In the morning we got acquainted with the SPA, and Rafik made us an offer for a hammam and massage, which we did not refuse. Everything was wonderful there. The next day we had a meeting with representatives of the Anex tour. I can also say that briefly and meaningfully, they did not waste our time.
The food in the main restaurant is very tasty and varied. Service is fast, dishes are cleaned quickly. This is very important during a pandemic.

It was especially pleasant that the service was not for show, and the hotel staff really tried to make us have a good rest. The animation was unobtrusive.
