This is the history of this hotel. There are 2 stages of life. the first is before the murder of the hotel owner. The hotel was 4 stars, everything was fine (see reviews until the spring of 2007), but no money was invested in the hotel and then the horror began! The second stage - after the death of the owner of the hotel. The servants stopped paying salaries - she stopped monitoring the hotel. The rooms are still in a terrible state. The tour operator Vasco (Detour) bought the hotel for a year and she needs to return the money (considerable) by any means.
A hotel in Russia is presented as 4 stars (I asked at the office myself), but upon arrival you can find out that it is a club hotel and therefore out of categories)), so there can be no talk of any 4 stars for a long time!

At the airport we were met perfectly, put on the bus and it started off. It becomes known that the whole bus (and it is full) goes to Belkoy. The contingent is a few Russian couples, some with children, and the rest are teenagers - some kind of camp club. Upon arrival there (about 12 noon), we were asked to wait until 2, because the rooms are being cleaned and we were sent to take a walk and look into the restaurant for lunch. There is a lot of food, tables too, but after 15 minutes after the start of dinner, everything was filled mainly with Turkish families. Lines for food : ), I'm not talking about meatballs or watermelon, but about ordinary food - snacks, hot, etc. By 2 o'clock we came up for the key, asked for a good number and gave 20 bucks - the receptionist refused them. This made us very worried!
Finding a number is not as easy as it seems at first glance.

The territory of the hotel is very large and there are bungalows throughout the territory, signs are erased. The room turned out to be on the 2nd floor, a narrow staircase leads there, where you have to bend over so as not to hit your head on the ceiling of the first floor (my height is 175cm). The room is a small room, with 2 beds and a bedside table, nothing else fits there. The toilet-bathroom is also small - sitting on the toilet, the legs rest against the shower cabin (more precisely, they are there), everything is yellow (from water), the light is off and there is basically no hot water : ). Arriving back at the reception, like all the people from our arrival, they demanded to change the room to normal ones, to which they received an answer - there are no free rooms, maybe in the evening or tomorrow morning.
Arriving in the evening, we were given a key to another room, which was "family" - a little more than ours. It even had a TV and a little working air conditioning.

If you demand other rooms at the reception, the receptionist politely sends you to the office of the detour, which is located on the territory of the hotel, where an exciting and boorish conversation awaits with their representatives (they start being rude when you burn that something does not suit you in the hotel). From them the same phrase - there are no numbers, maybe tomorrow in the morning they will be, there can be no talk of relocation, the current is for an extra charge. a fee of 700-800 bucks to another hotel, and then there is already a queue (at 3 pm there were 7 people in it). We asked to change the light bulbs 5 times at the reception for 1 day, and several times at the detur's office, to which we received an answer - everything will be, but the cade is not clear. During the day, the bulb was unscrewed, but a new one was not brought. In the evening, they could no longer find their technicians themselves)). In the morning we came - someone vacated the rooms and gave 2 keys.
looking at the rooms, they were no better than ours. For all who require relocation, the scheme is standard. at first they say that there are no numbers, then if you demand to call in front of you in Detour-Antalya, he (the Turk) dials the number, says something in Turkish and gives you the phone, from there there is a voice that we do not have free numbers!

If you continue to be indignant and talk about free resettlement, you will be poked into an agreement in which it is written belkoy and that you yourself wanted to come here. by the way, the contract was drawn up by the same representative of the detur with whom you are talking, so he knows all the subtleties and you simply have nothing to cling to. For the fact that you are sent and not given relocation, representatives receive an increased salary (several times), thereby bringing tangible profits and payback to the hotel. We can talk about the rooms for a long time ...
At the reception, the staff is nice, speaks Russian, but the current is zero.
They write down all the requests in a notebook and sort of pass the instructions on to technicians, cleaners, etc. But no one is in a hurry to fulfill them. Everyone at the reception knows this, but they can’t do anything, so they make a cute shrug. Their work is so hard. : (

The beach is terrible! Very large stones. to walk into the water is not possible without falling: ) the area is really big. But! most of the apartments are occupied by the Turks. they are fenced with a net, so Russian tourists cannot go there, but there is a landscaped area, a playground, a football field, etc. In general, there are residential buildings throughout the entire "Russian" territory, so there is nowhere to walk there. You have to walk there when you are looking for your number. There are pools but they are dirty. if you want to relax, go, for example, to Akman Park (we did it), this is also Deturovsky, but much better, you will even have the opportunity to chat with the owner. If you have already bought, but still in Moscow - go to the detour's office and demand to change the hotel! Akman Park, by the way, is the same price, but incomparably better. Of course, there are cons: the lack of a gym, beer diluted with water, well, there was a problem when the cleaning lady came when we were still sleeping. The bartenders and waiters are very friendly and polite, I even learned a little Turkish and practiced my English. By the way, someone wrote that there is no animation! guys where have you been? so what that and the animation should have been liked by everyone, especially the evening performances with competitions.

It was a hell in which we were settled for 2 weeks. "Rested" with a friend and small children. The room given was terrible, not cleaned from previous vacationers. Pros of the hotel: the sea is clean (you can see the bottom even at the buoys), I have not seen this either in Side or in Alanya. The territory is green, the area is large. Animation evening (on the day we did not go, there are enough of our clowns-levels on TV from "Full House" and similar programs) is wonderful. For breakfast, the choice is huge - eggs of all kinds, jams, pancakes, yogurts, etc. We almost didn’t go to lunch, there were enough daily snacks. For dinner, as well as for lunch, the principle is that who did not have time, he was late. If you come a little later, you will be left without meat and fruit. And further. When we came to rest after dinner, every day the electricity was turned off for at least one hour (read air conditioning), the heat was terrible. Hot water was turned off with the same frequency. Some tourists waited several days for relocation to another room (they had no electricity in the rooms at all).

So we were lucky and I can rate my stay at 3.5

BUT... As probably, everything has its drawbacks! We arrived at the hotel by an individual transfer, which we paid for back in St. Petersburg, at 10 am. Rooms are released at 12 (as expected), but in reality we were given the keys to the room only 14 hours. The room turned out to be not the one we agreed on and paid for (instead of two separate beds, the bed turned out to be a big one, we asked to be settled on the same floor in neighboring rooms, but it turned out that we were settled in different buildings (I don’t blame, just rooms with there are not so many separate beds in this hotel), the presence of a refrigerator in the room was stipulated, but it was not).
BUT IT WAS A LOT OF GOOD!! ! With all my claims, I turned to Vitaly, a representative of the host company. He reassured me and said he would try to help. Well..... he called himself a loader, climb into the back. ))) With the numbers, the problem was solved in an hour, for which he had a huge respect, the refrigerator had to wait 4 days, a special THANK YOU for it !!!
Let me explain: the refrigerator, which was negotiated with a travel agency in St. Petersburg and had a place to be in the catalog on the paid services page of this hotel, was never included in the real services of the hotel. In order to satisfy my insistent request and to please me, Vitaliy agreed with the hotel manager and took a hall for me from his office, and they didn’t charge me a penny for using it.
Special thanks to the DOCTOR of the hotel, a very responsive and competent uncle. It so happened that two of our children fell ill, quite seriously, we had to go to his private clinic for a day, put droppers, ran like a chicken and an egg. You will probably say that he will get a lot of money for insurance later, I think YES, but I saw people who came to him with various injuries and ailments, without insurance, and he did not take money from them, he was friendly, even tried to connect a couple of words in Russian (English is closer to him). And the tourists did not burden themselves with calls to insurance companies, but simply went to Aibolit in an endless stream.
ANIMATION: nursery, there is a special house, such as kindergarten, where children seem to be not involved, but at the same time, children do not sit idle. The house has free entry and exit. No one will count children by their heads every 10 minutes. If you want to leave the child under supervision, it is better to negotiate with the animator girls separately for money. Although the child will not go anywhere from the hotel (security), the only danger is the sea.

INSECTS: to be honest, I didn’t see it (we lived on the 2nd floor), every day the plants under the balcony were sprayed with something, no smell.
FOOD: whatever you want and as much as you want, weekly menu (on a certain day of the week a certain menu for two weeks, after 14 days the menu is repeated), it is not customary to take food out of the restaurant, but children are allowed to take fruit and bread, meals for 5 one-time, in addition to the main cuisine, a Turkish restaurant, once a week. instead of the main kitchen, you can sign up and dine there, no matter when you wake up and no matter how late you go to bed, it’s difficult to stay hungry in this hotel.
ENTERTAINMENT: on the territory of a mini-zoo, children constantly fed rabbits and chickens, shops, cafes, bars, a hairdresser, in the evening show of animators and a disco. And also a great variety of excursions offered.
(Advice: buses are very tiring, because people travel not only from your hotel, but also from others, while everyone is already gathering there is no need for any excursion, group, get to know each other, gather a group of min. 6 people and order a minibus, max . 10, the larger the group, the lower the costs. )
BEACH: pebbles of course make you tense up (it's not pebbles, no matter what they tell you), sea: water - bliss, bottom-((( same as the beach.
