My family and I went to this hotel (we are 4 people). We were given a room on the 3rd floor, this is not convenient, not because we have to climb, but because it is the last floor. The roof heats up during the day and all the heat is in our room. The air conditioner in the nursery is located in the wrong place. It blows directly on the bed where the children sleep and naturally we didn’t turn it on at night, otherwise we would wake up sick in the morning. At the reception we were given one card for 4 people. Again, this is very inconvenient, no one can go anywhere, everyone must walk together. We asked for a 2nd card, it cost $20, we had to pay. We needed 2 cards in order to leave the air conditioners on when we were not in the room. We slept 3 people on the same bed in the bedroom, due to the fact that it was possible to get sick in the nursery, we also asked to be moved to the floors below, they did not. More about cleaning. It's a total nightmare. Cleaning takes place at 3-4 in the afternoon, when people want to go to the room to relax, this is not convenient. For the whole week we were removed only 2 times. Didn't like the service. And here's what I forgot, right next to the hotel is a cemetery.
