There were three of us, two adults and a 5 year old girl. We arrived at the hotel at night and were checked in quickly. The room was given in the second building with a view of the mountains and the mosque, not the best location, because. at 5-30 in the morning they woke up every day and listened to a prayer, closed the door, turned on the air conditioner and continued to sleep. The best location is in the main building overlooking the main entrance to the hotel. The room had everything you need, cleaning was a problem. Until 14h. they didn’t clean, then we went to rest, so we took towels ourselves, found a maid, changed them, took water, asked to wash the floor, in general, self-service. It is not clear, maybe there was not enough staff, but it was like that every day. The hotel area is very small, you can say the pool on the pool, but well maintained and clean. I really liked the relaxation zone, a paradise, quiet, birds sing, rabbits run and a turtle crawls, orange trees, a pool with cool water and a waterfall, there is a small bar, there are no children, so an indispensable place for adults to relax. We sent our child to the kids club and enjoyed life in the relax zone. I would like to note the work of the restaurant. Everything is very tasty, the food is varied, there is a lot of food for every taste, the dishes do not end, this is monitored and replenished constantly. Friendly staff of the restaurant, they respond to requests instantly, which I can not say about the hotel staff. Food and relaxation area, as well as children's animation are the strengths of the hotel. The hotel's beach is a huge minus, and not only because you have to go by bus to it, but the beach itself gives the impression of some kind of abandoned, forgotten corner. We went there only once, almost died of stuffiness on the bus and felt on the beach that we were somewhere in a remote village. Then we found an alternative for ourselves and walked 5-7 minutes to the beach of the Barut hotel, settled on towels on pebbles, a beautiful view of the mountains, a beautiful Orange hotel, near Water Sports, you can ride a boat, scooter, etc. SPA center the hotel leaves much to be desired, dirty, unpleasant smell of dampness, boxes in the locker room with broken keys, hammam needs repair, faucets are buzzing, showers are scary to enter. Children's animation is super, children dance, do drawing, crafts in the children's club, and even at the disco come off to the fullest!! ! Our girl still watches the video, she can't forget. Summing up, I can say that the hotel is focused on children, I do not recommend the hotel for adults without children, it will be boring. As a wish to the animators, try to make a joint disco for adults and children, even if not every day, I think it will be interesting and fun.
