Upon arrival at the reception, we were met by Sami, a stocky man in his 40s with a receding hairline on top of his head. We asked him for a decent room with a sea view. Sami gave us the keys, and we, tired after the flight, but joyful, with enthusiasm and anticipation of a great holiday, went up to the fifth floor. The room was clean and tidy. After checking in, we wanted to thank the employee. To our surprise, for this room we had to pay $50 into the administrator's pocket. As a result, it was not possible to bargain, because the price of $ 30 did not suit them, and he literally kicked us out of the already occupied room.
Mostly locals, ugly Turks (with big beer bellies, savage manners, constantly smoking) rest in the hotel. They come in droves if they have conferences scheduled for the weekend. Moreover, the evening programs mainly include national Turkish music. Here, while their own people do not please others and do not think. On the dance floor, the Turks persistently pester lonely ladies. The same songs are played day after day.
As for food, it is monotonous: every day the same boiled eggs, porridge for breakfast. No meat, only chicken. There are three to four times more salads than the dishes themselves. Fruits served on the table are apricots, melon and watermelon - all unripe. The soup is prepared in the same way. It is not allowed to take fruit out of the dining room (and this is a dining room, not a restaurant, as they call it), even if you have not even tried it.
The drink is weak. Vodka diluted, beer too, and besides, not vigorous. Wine red and white is impossible to drink. Bar after 23.00 paid. By 24.00 the party closes, hotel visitors are offered tickets to local clubs. Those who wish buy them, and the company, together with the animators, leaves for the city.
