Rested in early September 2020. Tour operator "Anex tour", tour agent "Come with us". Shade temperature in the daytime +38, in the evening +32, sea water temperature +29. So you can safely go to rest in the second half of September and early October. I asked the locals - there is no precipitation until October, comfortable rest begins in early May. In late May and early June, a warm sea is guaranteed, about +23 degrees.
About the hotel. It has two buildings - on the first line a new building, on the second line the old one. Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out before 12:00. We arrived at 10:30, filled out the questionnaires, put on our bracelets and we waited for the room (but could already have a drink at the bar and have lunch). We were lucky, because we checked into the room at 13:00. If you bought a ticket with a Standart Room, you can settle anywhere, it's like a lottery. From the old building to the sea walk about 4-5 minutes.
We got room 1104 on the ground floor of the old building - clean, tidy, all electronics in the room in good condition, all door locks in good condition, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, shower, clean, fresh bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, antiseptic . At first we thought we were unlucky with settling into the old building, but then we appreciated the benefits - there is a reception nearby, check-in at the hotel, as well as fees for all excursions from here. You do not need to use the elevator or stairs or listen to music from the beach disco to get to the room. All our requests to the reception - responded quickly. Room cleaning is satisfactory. Change bed linen, towels, throw out garbage, but do not add toilet paper and cotton pads and sticks.
The hotel has 4 swimming pools, one for small children. There is a swimming pool with two water slides, on which both adults and children rode, the lifeguard watched the skating process.
Once for those who came on vacation for 7 days and twice for those who rest for 14 days. Personally, this restaurant disappointed me, expecting tastier food. In addition, there were no promised shrimp, and replaced dessert.
The main restaurant has a two-stage meal, depending on the color of the issued bracelet. Made to reduce the accumulation of guests. We came "under the closure" of the restaurant, so it was not difficult to find vacancies. Due to the quarantine, food was placed on plates by the hotel staff, so queues of 3-4 people were formed. At the time when we visited the restaurant - there were no queues. Tables were treated with antiseptic, cutlery in individual packaging. Masks had to be worn in order to take food as well as drinks in bars. Masks were not worn on the rest of the territory and on the beach. All hotel staff are in masks.
The food is varied.
Every day grill - fish, chicken, turkey, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, pancakes, omelets, fried eggs. Pasta, salads, sauces for them (oil, lemon, pomegranate, mustard), puree soups, sauces, vegetables, fruits (peaches, plums, apples, pears, melons, watermelons, tangerines). I really liked the pastries from the oven (pita bread with different fillings), but there is always a long queue. I recommend black tea, kefir in disposable cups. Coffee from vending machines (espresso, cappuccino, cocoa). Water is given in 0.5 l bottles. Juices from the machine (orange, cherry, pineapple, peach), but it is a concentrate - sour. We do not recommend it.
Services at extra charge: imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices ($ 1 per glass), massage, spa services, water sports (eg parachuting $ 70), doctor, laundry, in-room safe ($ 2 per) day), hammam ($ 25 per session).
And be prepared that you will be obsessively called to the hammam until you say a clear "no", and words like "then", "we will think" mean that you agree and will not detach from you : ).
Internet is available throughout the hotel, even in the lobby. Paid for one device. We paid $ 14 for seven days.
In general. I liked everything, I don't see anything critical that could spoil the rest. There is a desire to visit the hotel again. I recommend for rest. If you want a room in a new building with sea views - buy a ticket with the appropriate class of room, then you can already ask the staff to settle in more comfortable conditions.
