We rested at the Otium Inn Residence Rivero Hotel from 8 to 17 July. We were greeted by a cheerful and very friendly Rasit at the appointed time and offered a choice of 2 or 3 floors with a good location and view. The room is excellent, small, clean (with swans) and a standard set of shower accessories. There is no mold. The balcony is big. A kettle is provided upon request.
The hotel has 5 buildings with different rooms.
Food variety does not shine, but we had enough. Very tasty soups. Side dishes potatoes, vermicelli, bulgur, couscous. Vegetables fresh, stewed and grilled. No pheasants or lobsters). Meat is chicken. Fish - red mullet, and some other. Green sea. Arugula - mmmm! Fruits in assortment. Daily plums, watermelon, melon, grapes of 2 varieties, grapefruits and oranges. I don’t eat sweets, but there were just a lot. Ice cream 2 times a day is delicious. For a snack, pancakes, snacks, pancakes (including zucchini), fish, etc.

The bar offers beer, wine, vodka, juices, liqueurs, cocktails, tea, coffee, etc. Cheerful bartender Myhamet made delicious cocktails and entertained with craft tricks. Non-alcoholic mojito is always in the cooler. I would like to thank and especially note Semala, who works at the bar + cleaning, a great hard worker, always smiling and friendly.
The rooms are cleaned on demand, pay attention to this and do not swear. Ask - they clean it, don't ask - it suits you.
The staff is attentive to the requests of vacationers. Attentive Oksana took into account all our requests and they were fulfilled with lightning speed. Our fridge didn't work and was replaced immediately. Other comments were also eliminated without problems. Communicate with the staff and your stay will be comfortable.
For lovers of pools, there are 3 adults and 3 children, there are a lot of sunbeds.
The bus takes 5 minutes to the beach. The beach is good, wide, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. There are towels (deposit $5). The pebbles are small, the entrance is comfortable compared to Beldibi, for example. The beach bar is non-alcoholic. Watermelon, melon, grapefruit, sweets. Machine with coffee, juices and water cooler. There is orange juice, corn and alcohol (for a fee).
Animation is a separate issue. The work of the guys is so harmonious, unobtrusive and diverse that it is difficult to overestimate it. Everything is harmonious, beautiful and varied. Fire show, yoga, foam parties. Mr Diego, Serega create a pleasant atmosphere for staying at the hotel. And the graceful Sabrina is her own among the children.
Of course, there are drawbacks, for example, a stack is not installed correctly in the shower, and the water stagnates (we solved it with a rag), there are not enough staff in the restaurant, but we went for the positive and we got it. Thank you guys for your hard work and our wonderful holiday.
