The only positive thing about this hotel is the sea and good food. The hotel does not meet the declared 5 stars. the staff is irresponsible, the guide of the tour operator told us that it was not Teztur who was to blame for the accommodation of the hotel, but those tour ag-va who choose the hotel. Here is a small list of "charms" that we felt on ourselves....
- the rooms are cleaned every other time, sometimes "cleaning" consists in changing towels
- We managed to check into the rooms 2 hours after the promised time. At the same time, I had to ask for an extra bed 3 times (!!! ), but it appeared only after they made a scandal at 9 pm
- The territory of the hotel is not at all as green as in the photo. Apparently because they haven’t been engaged in a hotel for a couple of years and the grass simply burned out or no longer grows where it should have, since watering does not work all the time

- receptionists do not guarantee anything, they answer with excuses, in case of complaints they are sent to guest relations and vice versa
- beach towels give out old ones that have been used for 5 years, the exception is Turkish tourists who are lucky to get new towels
- brewed coffee is also for Turkish tourists, everyone else did not deserve apparently....
- no one cleans up on the beach, they take out the garbage from the bins at most
