Do not spoil your vacation. I did not expect such a shock from this AURA RESORT HOTEL 4 *. On May 16.2017, we arrived at the hotel, it was the first shock, there was rubbish all around, everything was broken and broken near the entrance to the hotel, if it could be called an entrance, the first floor the hotel is full of shops and at the end the entrance looks like another shop. reception and rooms are not bad (renovated in 2016), except for the TV and refrigerator in the room, it’s not clear what century, cleaning every other day was limited to passing once from the window to the door with a rag (many asked for a rag to clean it themselves). the kitchen is something in general, breakfast, lunch and dinner did not start on time, but after 20 minutes there were empty trays, the food was terrible, there was no fruit, the chicken was very rarely seen, the fish was fried sprat, there were not enough dishes and forks, the waiters took a little Is it not by force))) Several times I came across glass in food. 4-star hotels in Turkey have never spoiled food, so you could close your eyes to it....but the rest that the hotel offered on the website of the tour was completely absent. whiskey, then there is no gin, and more often there was nothing at all. The four of us went with a child, we paid almost 1600 dollars, but even if there was no animation, it's too much.
