Worth or not to go - you decide. You yourself say that the reviews are contradictory. Just pay attention to what vacationers complain about and isolate how categorical these minuses are for you.
In general, reading the reviews of this year for different hotels, I came to the conclusion that the service is clearly not up to par.
Marty Mira has always been a perfectly normal hotel. I think if you do not find fault with trifles, you will have a normal rest!

Yes, the service this year is clearly not very good. Turkish hotels, in order not to lose income, reoriented to the Turkish market. And this affected both the animation and the service and the quality of the rest in general. Last year we ended up in a hotel in Egypt in an influx of locals - now I understand that Russian tagil is better than an influx of Arabs - several wrapped wives with a full brood of children bathing pools, hanging on stairs and bathing in their full uniform of a woman (in the same clothes and walking around the hotel) no one was going to dress in special costumes for Muslim women. Children massively spoiling everywhere (there are three of my own, but I never allowed mine to behave like that) where they ate, they all got dirty, threw up and left .... In Turkey, it was better with the Turks (about 80%), but there were also many different moments - pooping children in the pool, got "free grub", ate, shook, soiled the sunbeds and left ..... I had a much better opinion about these people earlier. Before that, this hotel had a rest and were mostly Europeans ....

I will add that the described situation is not about the Marti Myra hotel, we rested in another hotel, but due to the prevailing circumstances, prices for the domestic market were halved, or even more, so that the locals would go, but for us (immigrants from the CIS) prices if they lowered, then a little or the shares do. We talked with a Turkish family (Ukrainian wife) and it turned out that for a stay in a hotel with 3 children they paid 1000 euros with a duplex family room (travel is not included here) for 15 days 2b + 17 years + 12 years + 9 years old children, while on our market, this hotel was exhibited for the same period at 570 euros per person in the standard for 7 days, including flights.

I had to deal with vacationing Turkish families. More precisely, on a public beach, they watched how they came in the morning with all their belongings, laid it all out on the beach ... In the evening, all the pebbles within a radius of 5 meters were pelted with bottles, cigarette butts, stubs and other remnants of "rest".

It also killed the fact that in the children's water park, men (Turks) smoke in black .... children from babies to .... and these are like a paravoz and nothing and no one orders them .... and this is in the presence of signs that you can’t smoke and the appeal of the staff to them with a request .... nothing helped.

The situation is this: we were in Marti Myra at the end of May 2016, i.e. the season was just beginning ... there was no overdose with vacationers at all, there was no queue for food, there was enough for everyone, the waiters served the ordered drinks quickly, and they cleaned everything at a fantastic speed, the attendants were mostly quiet, calm Kyrgyz, there were very few Turks. We liked everything... Now, at the height of the season, the situation is likely to change in all inexpensive 5* hotels.

moy_contakt, yes, indeed, a number of hotels are offered to the domestic Turkish market at a price lower than booking directly even to us or buying a package with the deduction of air. This year, the Turks are actively giving loans for holidays in order to develop domestic tourism. So indeed, there is such a thing that a hotel, which for 3 for the Turks per day was sold for 60-70 dollars, went to our market for 112-134 dollars. In addition, prices have now risen again. For foreign market

60-70 is per day for 2+1
