Location:

The location of the hotel is really the best of all in the city of Kemer, I do not mean the suburbs. It is located near the beginning of the pedestrian street and at the very beginning of the embankment, or at the end (depending on which side you look at : ) Music from discos does not interfere, in other hotels you can hear it very well.

Territory:

The territory is difficult to evaluate, because it does not exist : ) But this is a city hotel. All the possibilities that the previous owners of this hotel had for the arrangement and comfort were used as well as possible. Therefore, I had no complaints. Everything that, one way or another, adjoins the Turkiz is done soundly and, in my opinion, is very different in the level of presentation from other hotels in Kemer.
The pool is normal, small, but located in a cozy nook. Sometimes people swim there.

Number:

We had a junior suite with a sea view.

Everything, of course, is not entirely new, but again, I repeat, the previous owners tried, and it still somehow holds on. The balcony is great and big. It has a small table and two chairs. A very big plus of the room is the EXCELLENT air conditioning system. As I understand it, there are big problems with this in Kemer. We met different people from different hotels, and almost everyone complained that the Turks use chemicals to save money on air conditioning. The room itself is spacious and did not cause any complaints, in principle.

Service:

Now about the MINUSES of Turkiz.
We rested in Turkiz for 28 days, believe me, I VERY well saw all the pros and cons of this hotel.

Russians have been going there for years. Until now, NO ONE person has learned to speak Russian. In my opinion, this is just disrespect for their customers. Not all people, especially the older generation (who mainly choose Turkiz) speak foreign languages.

The room is carefully cleaned.
Tipping was not a pity to put.

The reception staff are people who apparently are not happy with tourists, and therefore their faces are always distorted and they do not even wish you a good rest when you enter the hotel.

The service in the restaurant is also bad. The waiters love to kiss everyone's asses, but not Russians. They doggedly served neighboring tables, and cleaned exceptionally well only for tourists of other nationalities. In this regard, I had to dunk them and explain what exactly their work is. I also had a conversation with the HR manager. After that, the service improved, they even started to smile at us. But it never became five-star.

Of course, as in any other place, there are people who did their job very diligently. They really treat tourists well and do everything possible for a comfortable stay.
But I met only three such people: a vacation manager, one boy a bartender, and a guy who worked on the beach.

Sport:

He's gone

Nutrition:

All inclusive is not available in this hotel. We had breakfasts and dinners.

And I, and my mother, and numerous people with whom we met (both Russians and foreigners), while in Turkiz, we all agreed that this is NOT five-star food, even close. This is an average four stars for Turkey. Yes, we did not disdain, everything is clean, BUT sparse and monotonous. It applied to everything! First courses, second courses, sweets, drinks. By the way, freshly squeezed juice for a fee and only one kind. There was no fruit as such, if they brought new dishes with watermelons or, oh! miracle, with peaches they were immediately sorted out. It was very strange to watch when normal people circled around these bowls in a frenzy. NEW OWNERS SAVE VERY, as I understand it ......why spend money if you have already arrived? : )
.........
sometimes we waited for a watermelon for half an hour, but we never did.

SEA BEACH:

HERE! This is something that requires special attention. For us, the first and main condition for a good holiday is the sea and the beach. Turquise beach could be VERY nice. BUT!
We were shocked when we first got there. They didn’t even understand what was happening, there were a bunch of Turks and their women with children in dirty rags around (especially the women who bathed fully dressed and sweated from them) They comfortably settled down on the hotel sunbeds with their dirty towels or right on the mattresses and, as For example, they ate seeds and spit in the sand. Butts were everywhere! They just threw garbage past the bins, and, of course, they threw cigarette butts. Plus, they cackled in Turkish, and their children climbed directly everywhere. Sometimes they took their offspring a little aside and right on our beach they went to the toilet.
The fact that this is a five-star beach, you can't talk about it in any way !!!!!!
For a couple of days we were in SHOCK ...then we began to get sick of what was happening.
Turquiza beach is bordered by a public beach, there is no fence between them, only a formal rope. And all these monkeys, apparently, consider it their duty to relax on the five-star beach. The attendants have fraternal solidarity and they condone it all.
Plus the beach was VERY DIRTY! ! Cigarette butts, papers, sticky tables and deck chairs. Vacationers themselves wore mattresses !! ! I saw this for the first time. The staff came only at about ten in the morning, before that they were not on the beach!
Due to the fact that we had a long vacation ahead of me, I had to swear and talk with all the managers, including the main one. By the end of the holiday, everyone knew me. It seems to me that they should have paid me a salary for the work done there.

Moreover, this had to be done regularly, because the main "manager" has absolutely no idea what 5 stars are, or what service is in general. Their main manager is a woman, probably the only thing she knows how to do in Turkiz is cleaning feathers in the spa.

After my conversations with the managers, changes took place: the sunbeds and tables were wiped down (this was only once in 21 days), the cigarette butts were partially removed, they began to somehow remove the garbage and sometimes drive away the dirtiest homeless people who came from the public beach. Personally, they brought us mattresses. (for the rest still not). But these dirty, unwashed local monkeys are left in great numbers as before. It was impossible to enter the water, and very disgusting.

By the way, towels were sometimes brought for the first time around 11 am!! ! Until then, do whatever you want. Moreover, it is also problematic to exchange them, they were always in short supply.
Another interesting note : ) How did we find out who the owner of this hotel is. We came to the beach early in the morning, but each time the first row of ALL (about 10-12 sunbeds), except for 4 sunbeds, was occupied by spread towels from Turkiz. This despite the fact that because of the people coming from the public beach, there were always problems with places. And these towels were guarded in every possible way. It was the only thing that was guarded. (Only with us there were SEVERAL cases of thefts. Naturally, there can be no talk of leaving more or less valuable things on the beach. Locals steal. ) For the sake of interest, we got up at 6 in the morning to take a seat. AND HERE we saw the SERVICE: ) the guard ran ahead of us and covered the deck chairs, so that we, God forbid, did not take these places. This despite the fact that all vacationers regularly, like homeless people, sat on bare sunbeds waiting for towels at least until ten, and at the maximum until the beginning of the twelfth!
After that, we realized that the managers would not help us in any way, because the owner himself is a pig! After all, EVERYTHING depends on the owner.

By the way, sewers run along the bottom of the sea, which are not brought out very far. Or they have a hole in them. In short, when cleaning was carried out in Turkiz and there was a specific smell of detergents, it also appeared in the sea. And when in the evening vacationers went to swim before dinner, the sea smelled strongly of sewerage. And by the end of the rest, it stank of some kind of utter filth, and I started having a wild allergy, scars appeared. I have NEVER been allergic to anything before! .

Children:

This is an adult hotel.

General impressions:

This used to be a great hotel. The previous owners have put their soul into it, it is very noticeable. Now it's been bought.
They save on everything, in the foyer and in the dining room THE HEAT is such that sweat flows in hail, all the foreigners with whom I spoke were also in shock.
Air conditioning only works for a few hours (and then rarely) in the morning. They save on food, save on staff, because they rush about like squirrels there and do not have time for anything. I call it a canteen because you can't call it a restaurant!
They save on normal managers, because a NORMAL manager would never allow such disgusting.
The beach boy performs the function of a security guard, a cleaner and his own in solitude. At the end of the rest, he even felt sorry for him, because of our demands, they began to drive him more and, naturally, he did not have time to do anything. He was alone on the beach, sometimes he was "helped" by the second, but he was so stupid that he could only bring towels and sometimes give them out. He did not know any language.
Security guards for the WHOLE hotel 3. There are no guards on the beach! They only seem like sometimes a few minutes during the day. Naturally, because of this, the beach is like a courtyard.

Regarding the second own beach, which is located in the park.
You can say that it doesn't exist. This is a dirty place where towels are not issued, a lot of garbage and dirt. There are no visitors either.

I was able to write a review only after a few months, because every time I remembered this vacation, I was very nervous. We spent a lot of money, but received only hassle.

I read the reviews of the zealous defenders of Turkiz. Separately, I want to say. If you do not respect yourself and are ready to pay a lot of money to lie on the same sunbeds with monkeys, saying how wonderful it is - this is your choice. Apparently, you just never rested in NORMAL hotels.

Yes, we traveled in August. In June and July there are fewer such problems! Because the locals do not like cold water and start swimming only when the water warms up. As far as I understand, in June and July the beach will also be cleaner, since this is the beginning and middle of the season. He doesn't get screwed over that much.
In general, I wish you better luck than we spend our money
