Not a bad hotel, built like a four, but pulls on a three. No one speaks Russian at the hotel, but the staff helps in every way. The rooms are normal, air conditioning, TV. Everything is fine. The highlight is the buffet and rooftop pool. The view is awesome. This is what it takes. The food is monotonous, but you will not be hungry.
