The room was in excellent condition: new, clean, no smells, everything worked.
Water was added to the refrigerator every day, cleaning was every other day and not of very high quality (but not critical), bedding was not changed, towels were changed once a week.
It takes about 7 minutes to go to the sea, the city beach is pebbly and sandy.
The hotels are scarce with alcohol and drinks in general: beer was running out all the time, only apple and cherry juices, Pepsi / Sprite is always available, coffee is only available when the restaurant is open (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
The food is monotonous, every day the same, different only at the issue (where there is an electric grill) and always with queues. Soups are different every day, but disgusting (not a single edible one in a week).
The first couple of days at 15:00 "snack" began - fries, nuggets and salads. Then the snack was canceled and only breakfast, lunch, dinner remained.
You can safely go up to 20 thousand UAH, there are better options for a larger budget.

We were going to another hotel, but he did not confirm the accommodation, they offered Palmea Hotel, since there were no options for a certain date and according to our budget. After reading the reviews, I was disappointed ...BUT ...I was pleasantly shocked by what I saw, clean rooms, new furniture, air conditioning (close the balcony and it works), hot water was constant, even the TV was with "our" channels) )

Food...what can I say, plus 4 kg, you definitely won't be hungry. Fish, if anything, it is not on the menu (only chicken in all versions), but we are not in 5 *****. There is also a snack, hamburgers, french fries, salads. The bar is open until 22:30, then - for a fee. Animation - it is not, so quarantine, only music plays at the bar. 5 minutes to the sea, I don’t know who writes to go 20 minutes, from the hotel to the right, and then to the left and straight ahead - and here it is, the beautiful sea.
The hotel does not have its own beach, although, it seems that someone said that there is a 40-minute drive to it, but we went to Amos beach 10 lira for one sunbed for the whole day, the entrance to the sea is super, we were without coral slippers, they are not needed there, next to Flamingo beach, from their hotel, it is more expensive, 60 lira, a little walk - and the city beach, of course, without sunbeds, but there are umbrellas.

Special thanks to the masseur Murat, on the 7th day he still managed to persuade him to massage, in 30 seconds he pointed out my, let's say, "sore zones" - and voila, regret that I did not believe his professionalism earlier. Perhaps he needs to change his approach to the Guest, spend 30 seconds on the practical side of his services, rather than on words - since words in the modern world are difficult to believe, especially when it is the sale of a service. So I advise you, you won't regret it.

We rested at the beginning of summer 2021, the hotel is excellent, the furniture is modern, the renovation is modern, the rooms are all clean, the cleaning is daily, the food is very tasty and varied, there was no fish, but there was a lot of chicken, lamb cutlets, delicious Turkish pizza pide with cheese and herbs, vegetables , fruits, salads, potato dishes are very tasty, yoghurt with greens = overeating. … More ▾ We rested at the beginning of summer 2021, the hotel is excellent, the furniture is modern, the renovation is modern, the rooms are all clean, the cleaning is daily, the food is very tasty and varied, there was no fish, but there was a lot of chicken, lamb cutlets, delicious Turkish pizza pide with cheese and herbs, vegetables , fruits, salads, potato dishes are very tasty, yoghurt with greens = overeating. . . the food is always fresh and tasty
The bar has a variety of drinks, the bartenders will offer and make any cocktail of your choice.
To the sea 5 minutes walk at a leisurely pace.
The hotel does not have its own beach, we rested and sunbathed as hares on the beach Ideal Prime Beach 5 *...
Marmaris is a very picturesque resort, a riot of colors, aromas and flowers that delight the eye... green giant mountains majestically rose into the sea... like in Thailand.
There is a lot of greenery, vegetation, beautiful and picturesque places, picturesque streets, photo locations for the most luxurious shots... minus only one - cold sea water... refreshing and invigorating, ideal for swimmers... come in and swim 10-15 sunbathe for minutes and further on the shore, but you won’t be able to swim for hours - it’s cool due to the fact that there are many underwater springs in Marmaris and plus it is surrounded on all sides by mountains - natural air conditioning, because of this the water here is never warm... maximum 24 -27 degrees and that's only in August, the rest of the time it's cooler. . .
Otherwise, Marmaris is a classy resort, picturesque, colorful, bright and incredibly beautiful.

The holiday began with the fact that we changed all the bed linen, it was all stained with dirt, especially the pillowcases. On the same evening, we realized that they gave us one sheet to cover ourselves, such a tiny one. They asked for a second one the next day, brought an old bedspread, went again to ask for a sheet to cover themselves, and finally, in 2 days, they formed a set of bed linen for themselves.
On the same first day, I washed the ENTIRE room with my napkins and they were black, the TV and air conditioner remotes were greasy, sticky, just a nightmare. Then they invited a cleaning lady to wash the plumbing, as she was covered in fingers, stains, and like everything else, she was just dirty. The cleaning lady came and rubbed her finger! Dirty places and said: it does not rub off, turned around and left. In the course went my napkins - laundered. When you see what a layer of dust and dirt on the cabinet - you will be stunned)
Day 3 the toilet drain breaks, it flows constantly, again we go to the reception, we wait for an hour for the plumber (or who was this drunk man), fixed it. I tell him: put a second lamp in the lamp in the bathroom because it is dark (there is a place for 2 lamps, one of them works) - he answered me: only one and left...
I must say that the furniture in the rooms is relatively new, but the room is microscopic.
The view from our balcony was on a residential building of the Turks.
Now the fun part is the dining room.
Nobody here knows about the coronovirus, for the first 4 days they put everything on themselves, then it was even cooler, you put breakfast on yourself, lunch and dinner - a super slow and Mega disgruntled grandmother will take you a tablespoon, how to tear off food from your heart. Should we talk about queues? I don't even know which is worse.
It was cool when we came at 20 for dinner, it is generally from 19 to 21, but there is no food - I am attaching a photo.
The food itself:
Breakfast: eggs outside, boiled, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, herbs and bread - everything. . . no desserts, no fruits. I don't eat eggs outside, and greens for coffee are not very good either, I had to go to the administrator (Russian-speaking blonde) and ask for oatmeal for breakfast, to which she told me with a smirk: Do you even know how much oatmeal costs in Turkey? )
Guys, for $60 a day, will you give me oatmeal? )))))))
And why the hell is the administrator talking to me with such a favor?
In short, I expressed dissatisfaction with our guide, she talked with the hotel manager, and on the 5th day of rest they poured oatmeal in the form of dry cereal, you have to look for boiling water, wait until it is brewed and cheers - have breakfast.
Lunch and dinner: meat in the form of fatty minced meat, I don’t know from whom, grilled, in the form of cutlets and that’s it. It was 3 days out of 8 when they gave the chicken. Fish never in any form. Mushrooms 2 times with pasta. The rest is either rice or potatoes. Well, standard greens. Fruits: I saw apples once, oranges a couple of times, watermelon once, a slice per person, all this luxury was served only for dinner.
There was hair in my salad, you can see it in the photo.
When you eat in the dining room, a barker for a massage will come running to you and will suffocate your shower about your massages until you leave.
There is Internet, but it is impossible to use it, it does not even load messages.
The occupancy of 2 buildings of the hotel is 100%: Turks and Ukrainians, a Turkish team of 40 children, and at dinner some Turks who booked a table in our dining room, without bracelets, and every day they ate, drank, coughed there)
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to a normal beach. The hotel does not provide umbrellas for the beach and you will have to look for a place under the scorching sun, or go for 70 UAH back and forth to the city beach.
There is no entertainment, neither for children nor for adults.
The staff is not enough, and those who are, terribly rude and unfriendly. The rules for safe recreation during a pandemic are not respected. Chicken eggs in the litter can dilute your holiday with salmonella. You will practice cleaning. You can enjoy the life of the Turks sitting on the balcony.
In short, I mean that for no money, even for free, you should not go to this hotel if you respect and love yourself a little.
And those who write good reviews, I will say this: I saw a contingent of vacationers and I understand that those people’s houses are much worse, or that they filled their eyes at the bar, they have never even seen the sea.
Pros of the hotel: only 8 days.
Conclusion: if you are not too lazy and read the entire review - I congratulate you, you can choose another hotel for yourself)

I was at the hotel with my son for 2 years 11 months, this is my fourth time in Marmaris, I always flew on a budget, and here I also have one with my son, but I’m happy with everything. In general, we quickly found friends with small children, twice we got to evening disco at the hotel, there was always enough food. The hotel is far from the beach, it was hard to walk to the sea with a stroller, also sometimes in the evening they could not take a minibus to the center, full.
The sea is excellent, there is a piece of the city's free beach, and so they always took drinks and milkshakes for Wi-Fi and sunbeds on the beach.
For children, there is a small municipal playground next to the hotel, excursions along the way are infuriatingly cheap ducks, shops are not very close, but it’s real to walk.
In general, the hotel is quiet, it is separated, if you walk, then take it closer to the center, if you are looking for a more relaxing holiday, then the hotel is suitable.
The staff is good, we were happy with everything. Once I only cursed, tk. around 12 at night they couldn’t give me boiling water with the child, before that there were no such problems in 3.4 and 5 star hotels in Marmaris. Then I just screamed)) As a result, nice men from the cafe along the way helped me))
I came to the conclusion that it is better to pay more and live in the center, for me it was far and not convenient. A friend lives in Marmaris, so she agreed to any option, I already know everything in the city.
And if you are thinking about Marmaris or other proud cities in Turkey, then do not hesitate, there is wonderful nature, the sea, mountains, air, small city hotels like in Europe and heaps of people walking in squares and parks, nice restaurants and a lot of places for leisure even with children.
From the hotel from the fountain on foot for 40-50 minutes, be prepared)

Stayed with family for a week at this hotel. To be honest, I tuned in for the worst, as I read the reviews and was afraid to go there. Originally planned in another. Those who write that they were hungry in the hotel, I don’t understand you at all !!!!!! ! There is a lot of food, varied, a lot of salads, in general, a lot of greens. Cheese, cheese, feta, olives are different..... Of course, I strained with sausage, but everyone knows that there is no Normal sausage in Turkey. A lot of cooked chicken, there was turkey and beef and liver. There was also fish almost every day, maybe two times a week it was gone. The fish was delicious. Fruits: watermelon, plums, melon, pears, all sorts of cakes for dessert. In general, no one will remain hungry there, unless someone expects pork there all the time or some delicacies.
The room is small, but we only spent the night there, with a balcony, the water was always hot, the only thing that constantly needed to be reminded at the reception was that the shampoo was over and then they brought it. The room is cleaned every day. The room is ordinary, modest, who counts on luxurious apartments, you are not here. But as for me, everything is good there. The room overlooked a bar with a pool, the music did not interfere in the evening, you can not hear it.
The biggest negative is the wi-fi. For two days I couldn’t connect it at all, but then it was near the pool and near the main building. We went to rest in a positive mood and didn’t pay much attention to such little things. Since nature and the sea struck me. That's very beautiful. I advise everyone to the beach in Icmeler, it is very beautiful there and the air is wonderful. and in Marmaris the beaches are clean, pebble.
In general, I recommend everyone to stay in Marmaris and this hotel too. 5 minutes walk to the sea.

As for the hotel, the main disadvantage is the lack of a beach. I liked the room, everything is ok. new, good repair, of the minuses, for three adults it is small. And one more thing, which was very surprising and shocking, we were categorically denied a lunch package at an early check-out (the restaurant opens at 7.30, and check-out at 7.20). The employee forbade even going beyond the threshold and drinking coffee. friendly.
In general, Marmaris is just super!! !

The rating of the hotel is clearly overrated. The administrator at the hotel is unfriendly, they write here that they check in immediately upon arrival, but not everyone is so lucky, 4 couples who arrived with us settled in for 10-20 minutes - they directly propped up the counter while waiting for the room, we moved at the request of the administrator to the chairs, in as a result, we cuckooed for an hour and a half, so that in the end they tried to settle us obviously in the worst hotel room, with a bad smell, since apparently due to the lack of sun, the mold cannot be completely destroyed there, and with a view of the damp corner of another house (such rooms in adequate hotels are used only for office space). … More ▾ The rating of the hotel is clearly overrated. After my indignation, the administrator girl killed with an iron argument that they gave us such a number, since we are impatient, you see. Well ok. We waited until two - we were settled in a slightly better room (as I understood later, these are also second-class rooms - overlooking the balconies of neighboring apartments with Turks) I am not against the rules that check-in should be at two, but firstly it should apply to everyone from one run so that no one feels like an outcast, and certainly not worth the most patient trying to stick in the worst hotel room. Food - deuce! - in all fours of Egypt and Turkey, the food was much more varied. The cook, of course, is trying to portray something new, but a chicken is a chicken anyway. Of the seven days - only once for dinner there was mackerel fish, all the other lunches and dinners were meat only chicken, there was a choice of salads - I can’t comment, because I don’t eat them. Fruits are very scarce - always apples and plums, and only a couple of times watermelon. There was always sweet for lunch and dinner - I tried it a couple of times, I didn’t really like it. Marmaris is super! , but here are the hotel reviews, I'm more than sure that you can find better. And, by the way, some write that it doesn’t matter that the hotel doesn’t have its own beach, but in fact it turned out to be very inconvenient, we came to relax on the sea, and the entire coastal strip is lined with sunbeds from certain hotels, the beaches are crowded, and 10 bucks it’s a bit too much for a couple of sun loungers for a couple of hours - and more like that in such a sun you shouldn’t lie (for this money we rented two bikes for the whole day - then you can get to public beaches without sun loungers and to any part of the city - bike paths throughout the city

The main disadvantage is that it does not have its own beach and almost the entire coast is occupied by private beaches. The rule works - you buy a drink on the beach and you can stay at the same place on the beach. They don't have the right to drive. Towels cannot be taken out of the room. So take your bed sheets with you.
