The service is basically so-so, but we didn’t go for that. even the ski lift in front of the hotel will be a bit much experience, since it has different degrees of difficulty from different sides of the slope. All slopes in the hotel area are free (when we received the keys to the room, we were given ski passes for all slopes). The only thing that was paid was the gundoll from the hotel Polan (Erzurum) to the highest point of the mountain (Edzher Peak). This point could be reached by a free chair with one transfer from the Dedeman Hotel.
If you like to drink, then I recommend it, it’s better to take care of it in advance, for example, go to the city to buy in a supermarket, beer $ 1.6, whiskey $ 60 per liter or duty free on departure, since beer costs $ 7 at the hotel , whiskey $ 12 for a portion outside lunch and dinner (wine and beer are included in lunch and dinner). The food was not bad in principle, the hotel operates on the FB system (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The staff is friendly, there were no conflicts.
