Choosing a quiet budget hotel

We have never been to Turkey at the peak of the heat (end of July), but this year we will have to.
We ask for the help of the hall, because a fairly budget hotel is required ($1800 - $1900 for two for 10 nights).
We want:
- 1st line (or < 300m) with private beach,> - convenient entrance to the sea (sand or small pebbles without slabs and boulders),
- to have meat on the menu,
- there was no eternal struggle for sunbeds by the sea and tables in the restaurant,
- it would be nice to have a shady area in the heat,
- Well, a functional number.
It does not matter children's infrastructure, animation and external luxury.
We welcome the promenade and retail outlets within walking distance (we love walking).
While there are options Sirma and Club Hotel Sidelya (Side). Surely there is something better.

Yalihan Aspendos Hotel 3* (Alanya) Hotel with a green area, located on the seafront (line 1) with a good sandy beach. The food is quite normal. The rooms are tired, but everything you need is there.
Sailor`s Beach Club 4* (Kemer, Kirish). Very good hotel, green, with decent food. 1 line. But a little over budget.

Flying for the first time in threes - spoil your impressions of a holiday in Turkey, you won’t be hungry, but the variety of dishes will be what they will offer you: sliced tomato salad, sliced u200bu200btomato salad, diced tomato salad (well, this of course exaggerated). I understand that planes from Samara only fly to Antalya airport. Therefore, the Aegean coast can not be considered.

Kimeros Park in Goynuk, try to get a normal price for it. Last year, the prices for Marty Mira fell sharply, people complain about the service, but the sea and 100 hectares of pine forest have not gone away, of course. It can also be considered. But what is really not the best idea is to choose Side or Alanya at the end of July. Belek is still all right if it's a tennis hotel.

I agree with the previous author, and for hotels (both 100 hectares in greenery, although Marty of the world is further from the airport) and by region. Kemer rules in terms of nature, compared to Side and Alanya for sure, and Belek is also a desert.

In your case, of course, the best option is Kemer. Bungalow-type hotels with a lot of greenery. But you can’t count on a sandy beach and the same entrance to the sea. You can swim perfectly from the piers. There are many such hotels in Beldibi. Sultan Beldibi, Champion holiday village, Salima with a huge paradise territory, Amara Club Marine. There is no promenade, as such, with clubs and restaurants, but there are bazaars with the usual set of sweets, souvenirs, and textiles. On Mondays there is a large market where all this can be bought much cheaper. Well, you can ride to Kemer and Antalya, inexpensively and not far.

From Samara, Anex has tours to Marmaris in your budget 9/10 nights, there are both the first line and the promenade and the climate is more comfortable for holidays in July-August

Oludeniz is a magnificent place with beautiful nature. But ... It's hard to go in the heat to the Laguna or to the spit, and on the nearby beach you can’t call small pebbles. Maybe see Bodrum?

Yes, we live in Samara, there are flights to Antalya and Dalaman, but if there are very good options for Bodrum or Izmir, then we won’t be able to get to Moscow in scrap. There were ideas of flights even through Kyiv (to Egypt), but it did not grow together. And in Turkey, we rested at the Garden Resort Bergamot (in October 2013), Alva Donna in Side (May 2017) - we liked the least despite the steepness and at Melas Holiday Village (May 2018) - really wonderful, but very expensive in summer.

I returned from Sailors a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is wonderful, but there are many children and only one alley to the sea. Look also at Evrenseki Barut Bi Suite: a very decent hotel with 2-room suites. This is the second line, but go very close to the sea. The beach is great. The hotel is very quiet and budget friendly.
And I can also offer a little "off topic": in the Crimea there is a wonderful place Gaspra, the Dnepr sanatorium. Fantastic beauty park and waste heap, a million pine trees and a wide private beach. There was also an elevator to the beach. For a hot July - a great place.
