In general, the hotel is good, BUT it is not the level of a VIP hotel, unfortunately. The main thing is service. Right now, I and the child were standing near the bar for about 15 minutes... they simply ignored us, then they nevertheless asked what we wanted. I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail for the child. We have been sitting for 20 minutes, the cocktail has not been brought. Now I will add a review, I will get up and leave without getting a cocktail. And this is just 1 example. Such situations are constant. In the evening, they carried a glass of wine for udin for 25 minutes, without waiting, they got up and left. In the morning coffee - they carried it when we got up to leave. I don’t even order drinks for lunch - we still can’t wait. Such service negates other advantages of the hotel. This is not the level of a premium hotel, as it is positioned. Absolutely. There is something to compare with in Turkey and in other countries. Disappointed in this hotel for the first and last time.
