We chose the hotel as a quiet family hotel, my husband, I am pregnant and with a 10-year-old child. We arrived at 9, settled at 13, after the scandal, because the locals were settled as they arrived! Room on the 5th floor, the elevator does not work! Wi-fi paid for 3 days 7€! But he may not be! There are only 3 towels in the room and those are small! Big waited 2 days! And for 4 days they have not been changed) 3 days we waited for beach towels! We don't even sell them! The child has a spring sticking out of the mattress! Light bulbs are barely alive. A lot of local vacationers, they do what they want! Children where they played, they left everything there, they sit on tables, take chairs without permission! Constantly something breaks, then the coffee machine for breakfast, then the pressure in the keg with beer, the lobby ran out of sugar, so I was told to go to the 2nd floor for it myself. On the beach, in general, everything works every other time! Because of the locals, the beach is polluted with bottles, glasses and other garbage! Loungers in general are enough. The staff does not speak Russian and does not even want to try! There is a huge line in the dining room, although the food is generally good! From fruits: apples, grapes, watermelon, melon, plums and oranges. Pastries sea, salads, meat-Kura different options. But in general, the hotel does not even pull on 2 *! The attitude of the staff is disgusting and all around a madhouse! Music only Turkish, tired!
