I liked the room, the only thing is that we asked for a quiet room so as not to go to the disco, so we were placed in one that went towards the kitchen, the smells of food came into the room during dinner, I can’t say that it really bothered us, they just closed the door , but nevertheless there was such a moment. The room was cleaned daily, but the towels were never changed for the entire period of our stay, the same situation was with bed linen. The towels were just folded and that was it. Service at the level of the four, the staff is friendly, if necessary, they will help, go to a meeting. As for food, it is monotonous, I lacked sweets and meat products. There was a choice, but not enough for me. The territory is not big, but green. I liked that there was a lot of greenery, palm trees, plants. The territory is well-groomed, it was monitored: constantly watered, trimmed; the paths were made, on which you can walk, benches where you can sit, in this regard, everything was fine. There were also 2 swimming pools, one for children, the second - for adults, with slides. Nearby, 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel there was a shop, I would rather call it a stall. There was no shopping center or big stores nearby. At the hotel, the guide from the tour operator held a meeting at which he registered our documents, in addition, he offered excursions, but we did not use their services, because we were with a small child. I can recommend the hotel for those tourists who will go with an understanding of how much they paid for this hotel and will not expect anything supernatural from it.

The towels weren't changed. Dirt in the corridors. The food in the dining room (you can't call it a restaurant) is quite normal. There are plenty to choose from. Every day fish, vegetables, side dishes, sweets and fruits. The territory of the hotel is quite beautiful and well-groomed. Lots of palms and conifers. The air is clean and beautiful. The pools are clean and decent. Pool bars are a separate issue, to get a cocktail, water or beer, you have to wait 15 minutes for the bartender, he is simply not there. There is NO music in the hotel!! ! At one pool with slides, music is turned on from 14:00 to 18:00, and then silence. Animation in the hotel no. At 21:00 the beginning of children's animation (so-so to be honest). Almost all the staff speaks Russian, including animators. Vacationers are all Russians (or Russian speakers). The road to the sea is gorgeous, beautiful, 7 minutes walk. The sea is warm and beautiful. People occupy sunbeds at 7 in the morning, we came to the beach at 9 and there were practically no free sunbeds. But we were lucky and we found them. The beach is on two hotels "Maya Golf" and "Maya World", so there are a lot of people. The entrance to the sea is sand and small pebbles. A couple of meters sharply deep. Bar on the beach. Lunch is served (nuggets, pasta, vegetables, burgers).
Bottom line: we were sorely lacking in music and animation. Boredom, even a wolf howl. If you "shove" a couple of active animators with microphones and music into the hotel, if you wash all the rooms and tidy up at least every other day, then the hotel will not even be bad.
And lastly, I will add: there are very few rooms with a terrace. The rest without balconies and terraces. This is also a minus.

On the territory there is a swimming pool with slides, where every morning they held various activities, water aerobics, exercises. The hotel perfectly thought out all the entertainment for all ages.
