Judging by the reviews, the hotel is very impressive. Of course, you can always find fault with any hotel. Depends on your needs and mood for rest. Personally, I did not find anything critical in the reviews. Watch more videos, the real picture is somehow more transmitted there and an impression is created.
As for the weather, we always fly only in October, until the 20th. So far, we have been lucky with the weather, from 25 to 33 degrees. The water is generally magical, up to 26. The only thing is that the sea was not always calm, the waves .... If you are with children, then you definitely need to look after them. For the first time last year, in Kemer, our entire vacation, the sea was absolutely calm.

But the beach in Side is not so hot ... small and unclear, because it is sandy. And yes, the beach there is municipal and therefore dirty (((

The beach, namely the entry into the sea, is very shallow and without stones, without slabs, just sand, gradually, smoothly goes to the depth, muddy water due to sand suspension.
