We bought a tour to this hotel from the operator "Tez Tour". I personally bought into the amazing reviews from 2015. The wife also supported the choice, because from the reviews and photos everything looked A plus. Purposefully looking for a good family hotel (rested with a three-year-old child). And this is what we actually got when we arrived at this hotel two weeks ago: a dirty room with broken furniture, a bedroom without windows, dirty windows and stained glass, very poor lighting in the room, torn towels, painted walls, a ceiling with traces of flooding, lack of wet cleaning in the room and timely replacement of towels, fragments in the elevator that have not been cleaned for a week, disgustingly dirty cutlery and crockery. The hotel, in fact, turned out to be a dead three-ruble note. This is not 5 stars at all, so if the tour operator tells you such stories, then do not believe him, the hotel is unsanitary. The only advantage - a varied diet - is completely crossed out by absolutely dirty and unusable cutlery.
