We traveled with a group of 4 adults after the easing of quarantine restrictions from September 25.2020. We booked 2 double standards. We stopped at this hotel, because it is the smallest of those offered, oriented towards the Germans, thinking that there would not be many people, and the service is correspondingly European, not far from the sea, although not the first line. Focused on reviews, mostly positive. The price was average at the level of 4-star hotels, it dropped a little more when we booked. Tour operator Anextour.
We arrived at the hotel around 9:00. morning. They didn’t settle right away, citing the fact that the rooms had not yet quit. We were immediately invited to breakfast. As usual in such cases, we left our things in the luggage room at the reception and after breakfast went to the beach. We knew that there are two beaches of our hotel. The nearby beach was full. Also, the beds are at close range, violating quarantine requirements.
There we were sent to the far one, which we did not find, there was no sign anywhere (it is, but it is visible from the other side, when you return back, and do not go from the hotel).

Already after 14:00 we were given one room in building B on the 2nd floor, the second - in building A on the 5th floor. But the first one turned out to be with one double bed, although we immediately noted that we needed two separate beds, because we are not relatives. When we were indignant that this number did not suit us, they offered a neighboring one, who had quit a long time ago. The reception does not understand English well, so we had to wait half a day in vain.

Settlement in the room: it is known that this is a kind of roulette, how lucky. The reviews wrote that it is better to settle in the building, but not on the ground floor. As a result, we were settled, as we asked, in building B on the second floor, but ...with a balcony overlooking the restaurant. The noise from the hoods and the transformer is almost around the clock.
You can hear noisy companies sitting up late in the restaurant. There is no soundproofing, closed windows do not eliminate noise. The room is small, less than the declared 18 meters. We even thought it was economy. But our hotel guide assured that if there is a balcony, this is the standard. The mattresses on the beds are crushed - you immediately fall through and sleep like in a hole, and then your back starts to hurt. But it is clear that the renovation was recently, the rest of the furniture is new. We thought to ask to be moved, because the hotel is full, anyway we would have to wait a few days, and every morning to ask us to be moved. Room service is more or less normal, change towels every other day, bed once a week.
Our friends, who were accommodated in building A on the 5th floor, had a more spacious room, a large balcony, even a bay with a piece of the sea is visible from it, and silence at night. Only the furniture is not new. Therefore, it is not necessary to argue that building "B" is better than "A".
The atmosphere in the hotel at that time was completely opposite to what we read in the reviews before the trip. The hotel was filled with tourists from Russia by more than 90%. But there were few Germans. The staff is not prepared to work in the extreme conditions of the invasion of the Russians, and it was sorely lacking. This is especially noticeable when serving through a window in a restaurant.

Restaurant. At breakfast on the distribution is 2 people for 8 showcases. Constant queues, crowds, crowds, quarrels. Of course, no one keeps their distance. , it's simply not possible. The staff calmly observes, serves without accelerating. A particularly large queue is created for tea, coffee and drinks. The coffee from the machine is not good. Little is poured into tea leaves, more water is not taken into account at the request to make strong tea. Whereas the bar, where you can drink natural coffee / tea, is open from 11 am.
And for those who like fried eggs, scrambled eggs or pancakes for breakfast, they start frying after 8 am, when most people could already have breakfast and go to the beach. In this case, the queue is created even at the time of preparation for frying and moves very slowly.
So a full breakfast often had to be abandoned in favor of the beach. Also, for lunch, they are forced to choose what to stand for in the first place, and not necessarily for the rest. Or, as an option, come towards the end of lunch, but then you will eat what is left. The attitude towards saving goods is felt in everything. A request to add a piece of meat or even a spoonful of mashed potatoes usually causes dissatisfaction among the staff at the distribution, as well as with fruits and other things, except maybe greens. That is, food according to the “all inclusive” system has been turned into a system of “what you will interrogate” (or what you will get).
Of course, this causes indignation of people, especially Russians, in their characteristic boorish form, they also paid for all inclusive, but are forced to stand in several lines in a row, and even beg for their own food.
As for the quality of food, at the beginning of a few days since we arrived, all the food was completely non-existent, somewhere after a few days we noticed how everything changed and became quite tasty, then it got worse again. Probably, these are different shifts of cooks, because we heard that the staff works in shifts. But it's good that none of us got poisoned.

We went only to the far beach - opposite the gendarmerie. At least there were free sunbeds before 8 o'clock. in the morning and it is a little more spacious, the distance between the sunbeds is more, but there is no bar on the beach. If you want water or coffee, you will have to go either to a bar on the nearby beach or to a hotel, and once again you can’t be back and forth in the heat, and you want to swim longer while the sea is still warm.

Also, the working beach with its fuss, to put it mildly, does not allow you to relax, then it cleans the mattresses, then rearranges the sunbeds, and right after 5 o'clock. at noon, he begins to collect mattresses, close umbrellas, showing with his whole appearance that it is time to get out of his territory.

Later we found out why the hotel was so crowded. Its owner has two hotels nearby, one on the first line of Sun Beach, which did not open this season, and everyone who booked it was settled in the second - Sun Beach Park. In addition, the owner gradually reduced the price of the hotel in order to fill it as much as possible and earn more during this incomplete season.

Regarding this hotel, the negative reviews turned out to be more true than the enthusiastic ones. Of course, this hotel is not the worst of those where we have been, but we don’t want to go there a second time. After two weeks of such a "rest" with constant "quests" in the dining room and chronic lack of sleep, we do not feel that we had a good rest.
