We rested at the Iberotel Palm Garden in September 2013 with a one-year-old child. I really liked the hotel, the staff, with the exception of one lady at the reception, was just excellent, responsive, smiling, always neat and exceptionally well performing their duties, and how much attention to our daughter was beyond words!

The rooms are good, but not all, or rather the view from the rooms let us down. There are 2 not entirely successful blocks, one with a view of the "backyard" of the Iberotel restaurant - more or less tolerable, but still not the same, and with a view of the kitchen of the restaurant of the neighboring hotel - generally terrible. But thanks to the only Russian-speaking manager of the hotel, Irina, the issue of providing a normal room was settled quickly and without any additional costs (before communicating with her, they tried to resolve the issue with representatives of the TUI and another manager - the frost was complete).

The rooms themselves are excellent inside, but I advise you to avoid blocks with numbers starting with 15 and 34, they can disappoint the view of the backyards of restaurants, or specify which way the balcony faces. If you eat four people, please note that the Family Room is 2-room and spacious, and the junior suites, although designed for 4 people, are very cramped and uncomfortable! In rooms on the first floor with an open balcony at night it can be very noisy from watering the lawn, on the second floor this noise is not so felt!

The food in all restaurants and bars is excellent, varied and tasty, everything was meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, everything was fresh and plentiful! Drinks are great too, no diluted jupi/cola/beer, all good quality, delicious non-alcoholic cocktails.
But then again, she fed her one-year-old daughter with imported canned food, there was practically nothing to give from the buffet, with the exception of broccoli, cheese and fruits (German children eat french fries with ketchup, and their parent does not seem to worry about this). There were enough highchairs for everyone, I was pleased that they were always clean and well-groomed, like new ones. In general, the restaurant staff is beyond praise, dirty dishes are taken away immediately, clean dishes are always available. And food is on hand at any time, even at the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, at least 5 minutes before the end, ending dishes are added all the time, I have never seen empty trays.

The beach is clean, the sea is excellent, warm, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, even despite the strange manner of some guests to take a sun lounger with a towel early in the morning and then they will not appear on the beach even once a day. We swam in the adult pool once "for show", we spent all the time on the beach.
The children's pool pleased with an awning, the second with a slide, a couple of times in the very sun went there with my daughter, she liked it. There is a great playground next to the pool! There is a mini-club for children from 4 years old, but it is in German, according to my observations from the side, the children really like it, but we are still small, we don’t care what language they are in, the main thing is that you can dance, draw, spit)))

In general, all the animation is in German, it simply does not exist in Russian, so that the tour operator does not speak there. And in general, the husband called the hotel "Deutschland", because the majority of German guests and all the staff are fluent in German. But it didn’t bother us much, we didn’t experience problems with understanding, English always came to the rescue. Well, they also understand basic words in Russian.

The hotel has a rental of baby strollers, 4 euros per day, or 20 euros for the entire stay, the strollers are good, German, but already slightly worn out.
There are shops on the territory of the hotel, in the corner they sell various inflatable circles, beach shoes, and all sorts of different necessary little things: creams, combs, razors, batteries, etc. - prices are lower than outside the hotel, you can also bargain. We went to the factory from the leather store - a waste of time, expensive, poor quality, old models. In shopping malls-markets across the road from the hotel, you can choose better and cheaper. In the same place, there is a pharmacy behind the hotel, I did not have a chance to use the services, but my friends said that the medicines are of very good quality, better than those that they brought with them. The prices for excursions from the tour operator are simply barbaric, at the exit from the hotel the same thing is a couple of times cheaper. But we just found out, with such a small child, the guide himself dissuaded us from going.
