The hotel was terribly disappointing. The room is very noisy because of the music near the pool while day and night. While I lived in a room above the pool, I just stupidly could not fall asleep until 3 in the morning. In the afternoon, after dinner, you can’t stop either - they, as luck would have it, turn on their tut-tut near the pool even louder, and all this rumbles in the room.

The hotel was terribly disappointing. The room is very noisy because of the music near the pool while day and night. While I lived in a room above the pool, I just stupidly could not fall asleep until 3 in the morning. In the afternoon, after dinner, you can’t stop either - they, as luck would have it, turn on their tut-tut near the pool even louder, and all this rumbles in the room. They didn’t move immediately at my request - they were still offended, they say, the room had a good view of the pool, and delayed my stay in it for another 1 day. But they did relocate. I already thought that at least in the second half of the vacation I would rest, but it was not there. Although it was quieter in this room, loud music was heard from neighboring hotels, sometimes creating a cacophony as if you were somewhere above the embankment in Skadovsk. But it could somehow be covered with earplugs (sometimes), and it was possible to sleep during the day. Well, you could hear the neighbors - how they wash, brush their teeth and everything else (like in cheap hostels, yeah), but, fortunately, the neighbors were not noisy.
Another thing is that the lock did not work constantly in this room - the cards were demagnetized, and I had to run to the reception every day to update them. In addition, walk from another building through the pool. I never knew if those fucking doors would open when I got back from the beach or the city. Usually the card worked from the 3rd time or did not work at all. In general, I would give this hotel 3+ purely out of courtesy, since the interior is good, the pool is beautiful and the staff is polite. But in general, my vacation there was a failure - because of the constant noise, I was never able to sleep, and because of the constant breakdowns and problems (I have not yet described everything here) - it's normal to relax.

Stayed at the hotel for the 2nd time. The hotel, set to a romantic mood, is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 in the morning and was immediately put into my room. Last year was great and this year is even better. Well-trained staff, waiters boys and girls warn every request, as if they know in advance what you want.

We tried our best))) The cuisine is varied, everything is very, very tasty. Hope to come here again!! !
