We rested in Pegasos World from September 8 to September 15.2017 as a family with two children (16 and 6 years old). The overall impression was good, we are satisfied with the rest.
Before the trip, I read a lot of reviews about this hotel and watched a video, so I was ready for the appearance of the rooms and took room slippers and a shower cap with me. ? In general, I find the reviews very useful information. Of course, there are no hotels completely without flaws, but it is always clear which of them (disadvantages) you fundamentally do not accept, and which is not important to you.
Just a short summary.
What we liked:
- large pools, plenty of space for swimming;
- a good water park, there are no queues for more than 3-4 people;
- many pools and slides for children;
- a good restaurant (an abundance of dishes, a lot of fruit, efficient staff, enough free tables);
- a huge sandy beach, there are always free sunbeds;
- well-groomed territory, everything is green.

What bothered me from time to time:
- permanently demagnetized key cards;
- musty smell in the room;
- very conditional cleaning at 15-16 hours;
- outside the lobby - only paid wi-fi.

We arrived at the hotel at 14-00, filled out the paperwork and immediately received a key card for room 2226. They immediately asked for another one, they gave it to us without any problems. Then these cards were demagnetized daily, and we often came either to recode the old one, or to take a new one. Therefore, a week later, when leaving, they already gave them 5 pieces. Try not to throw these cards near the mobile, I think that's the problem. We didn’t quite understand that we had to wait for someone to show where the number was, so we went to look for it ourselves. According to the signs and found, arrows are placed everywhere. Then I saw that patient tourists were carrying their luggage to their rooms in small electric cars. ))
Number 2226 is building number 2, third floor. This is the building closest to the water park stands sideways to it. Because our room was in the middle of the building, we did not hear any noise from the water park. The number can be seen on numerous Youtube videos. It was to the number that I had all the complaints. There is a gap of 3 cm under the front door, so the audibility is excellent. Immediately from the entrance is a conditional children's room. It has two not that small beds, not that unfolded chair-beds. For our 16-year-old son, it was cramped in both length and width. The mattress toppers are smaller than the beds. A window opens out of this room into the inner corridor of the building, due to which there will be a small diffused light at night even with the roller blind closed. There is no normal lighting in the entire room, in principle, because. the lamps in the rooms are hidden behind the mirror frames, and two ceiling lamps in the corridor have the brightness of a night lamp. Real darkness.

The "adult" room is quite spacious. It has two beds pushed together with a common (again not small in size) mattress pad, but the gap between the beds is not felt. They offer to hide with one waffle sheet. Asked at the reception for a second - no trace. brought the day. There is a TV, mini-fridge. The air conditioner worked fine, but after 10 minutes after turning it on, the smell to the room became musty with an admixture of sewage. At night, the rumble of air conditioners is very audible for some reason from the corridor.
The bathroom was pleased with a bench for the child. The hair dryer worked flawlessly. Of the cosmetic accessories - two dispensers with liquid soap, one above the washbasin, the second in the shower. Therefore, do not forget to take everything else with you. Especially the shower cap! Because there are two modes in the shower - either a faucet at the level of the knees (my legs), or a watering can above my head (if you want, you don’t want to wash my head twice a day).
Room cleaning consists of making beds, changing towels, and mopping the main paths. This usually happens within 10 minutes between 3 and 5 pm. The bed will be changed only if you ask.
I liked the pools, I swam in them a lot and with pleasure. As well as in the sea. I am not a fan of lying on a sun lounger, so we only took one for our things. You can always find one sun lounger by the pools. Several times a day they borrow towels in advance, but we came to the water by 10 o’clock?
From the work of the animators - archery, volleyball, football, boccia, team competitions by the pool, aqua aerobics and aquazumba (very conditional, but fun), yoga, ballydance and step aerobics under the canopies by the pool. Most of the animation team are Russian-speaking girls and guys from Ukraine and Russia. The beginning of the events is announced loudly through the speakers, who wish to hear. There is a board with a sports activity schedule.
My 6 year old daughter was in the kids club for two days. There were 4-6 children in it, Alina from Kharkov works with Russian speakers. My daughter liked it: they did face painting, looked for treasure, went to the beach to play in the sand, drew, collected, etc. The club is open from 10 to 12 and from 14.30 to 17. The same children's animators at 20.30 lead a mini-disco in the amphitheater (40 minutes) - they dance on stage. But every day is exactly the same. Not far from the mini club there is a children's snack bar and a children's toilet.

Sea! Warm and salty. Take a rye bun in a restaurant - and fish will pluck it from your hands in the water. You can ride a banana ($10 per person) or fly on a parachute behind a boat ($65 a pair).
In the main building there are shops with prices of varying degrees of relevance. Souvenirs are expensive, and various small goods downstairs are ok. You can also inflate your inflatable circle-mattress for free.
The main restaurant is large in size. Everyone tries to sit on the open terrace, you have to look for places there, and in the internal halls (with air conditioning, by the way) there are always a lot of free tables. There is enough clean dishes, as well as food. It is filled to the very end. Waiters promptly remove dirty dishes from your table, wipe the floor or clean up spilled dishes. The work there is good. As for the choice of food - the dishes are quite simple, there are no shrimp-crabs-salmon. There is always beef, chicken, turkey, fish. Fresh vegetables are simply cut and salads, various vegetable stews and similar dishes. Pasta, rice, omelets, fries. Watermelons, melons, plums, apples, oranges, pears, grapes. Dessert. In the morning, pancakes, rich waffles, oatmeal with milk, corn rings, donuts, jam. From coffee machines, 4 types of "juices". Tea in metal teapots. There will be no usual first courses, but for lunch there are always two kinds of some kind of bean or tomato soups.
A snack bar with fast food and watermelons is open, in my opinion, from 11 to 16.30. There are several cocktail bars on site.

We went to an oriental restaurant. Registration is made independently through the terminal near the reception desk. We signed up for 19.30, chose some sushi and rolls, tempura fish, something for dessert... We arrived at the appointed time, there were two plates on the table, each with 4 pieces of different sushi. Not 4 servings, but 4 units, for everyone. Well, we decided that this is a compliment from the chef so far, the son ate everything. We then waited 20 minutes to see what would happen next. The waitress came over, asked if we had already eaten and took the plates! ))))) After another 10 minutes, they brought something portioned to everyone. I was supposed to have tempura fish, but it turned out to be a piece of bony fish stewed in a spicy sauce. In general, my daughter and I ran away to the main restaurant, and my husband and son stayed to find out what's the catch?
After the mini disco at 20.30 there was a nightly show for about 1.5 hours. We caught the Africa show (acrobats, gave it their all), Latina (dancers, interesting), Turkish Night (weakly, like a dance club of a local village) and illusionists (interesting). Then at night there was a disco on the beach.
Free Wi-Fi near the lobby bar. There is some connection only if there are few people, in the evenings you don’t have to try. You can buy Wi-Fi at the reception in your own room, not for the entire territory.
With an early departure, if you recall, at the reception, they will give out modest sandwiches.
In general, the holiday was a success; ) Because the room was minimal. Pools, water park, sea and restaurant blocked all the shortcomings.
