The photos are outdated! The hotel has been completely renovated. Clean, tidy. Small rooms. There are Russian speaking staff. 24 hour front desk. Drinks: tea, coffee, water, juices - around the clock for free! There is a terrace with a good view of the city. You can have breakfast downstairs or outside. The tram stop is literally 1 minute walk.

Drinks: tea, coffee, water, juices - around the clock for free! There is a terrace with a good view of the city. You can have breakfast downstairs or outside. The tram stop is literally 1 minute walk. Everything is within walking distance! It is very convenient to get from everywhere.
Breakfast is served, if I remember correctly, from 8:00 to 10:00 (we never left before 9:15). For breakfast: butter, jams, honey, chocolate paste, bread, simits, drinks, breakfast cereals + milk, sausage, cheeses, olives, some Turkish salads, fresh cucumbers/tomatoes, eggs in various forms, sausages in sauce, potatoes fries, sweets and fruits.
Maybe not everything tastes good. But no one will go hungry.
In the room: towels for each (large, medium) and 1 for feet, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, small soap. No washcloths, unfortunately. There is a TV BUT only Turkish channels. We bought an hdmi cable for 20 liras and turned on YouTube from the tablet in the evenings so that it would not be so boring to get ready for bed.
The beds are not very comfortable. We had 2 shifted into one. The mattress kept slipping to one side. The room is warm, there is an air conditioner, a mini-fridge (it practically does not freeze), we had access to a balcony (room 205) where we could sit. But cats always spoiled everything and crap : (
The room also has a kettle, tea/coffee and glasses. As needed, we took a bowl for grapes, spoons, a tray, etc. below. Everything was given without problems.
Cleaning, well, 50/50.
It seems to me that this is a problem for all of Turkey as a whole. They left TIPS for 2 dollars for cleaning and they made "swans" for us : ) they changed bedding and towels without any problems, took out the garbage. In general, it was quite clean.
Of the critical disadvantages, perhaps, very small rooms and the absence of wardrobes and hangers as such. There is no way to even shove a suitcase under the bed... And the audibility in the rooms. There is a tram stop nearby and the tram is constantly ringing.
When checking out, they gave Turkish delight and a scarf. A trifle, but nice.
At the reception, by the way, you can buy excursions, find out all the necessary information. All very polite.
In general, I liked it! P. S. especially, the pressure in the shower))) what you need after a whole day on your feet.
Advice! In no case, do not eat next to the hotel on the corner, they constantly invite you (expensive and disgusting). From a decent, literally next door restaurant with a panoramic view "Olive".
