And the non-standard situation was this:
I booked the hotel in advance through booking. com. Confirmation has arrived. 4 days before departure, a message arrives that the card details are not confirmed. And this is my fault - I changed the map, but did not make a change. The message came at night, at 7 o'clock in the morning I changed the data with goggle eyes and received a message that everything was in order. Printed out the booking confirmation again. You can imagine my state when the hotel told me that my booking was cancelled. Moreover, the hotel staff (I will not name it) reacted to this situation very coldly. Then I already guessed that they are not very happy with booking through booking. com. Probably something to unfasten.
