Advantages of the hotel: clean beach. beautiful and well-groomed territory, a beautiful restaurant. But there were much more minuses: we drove into the hotel territory and when we asked the security guard where to park the car, he answered us: "Locked up here, put it where you want, we are not responsible for the places", then we went to settleat 14.00, to which the administrator said that our room was still being cleaned, and he did not know when they would finish. We went to eat, returned an hour later and the answer was the same, he didn’t know anything, after 15 minutes the cleaning lady came running and said that she would just start cleaning. In general, at 16.00 we still got into the room. In the room: the floor turned out to be dirty, the bed creaked terribly, the blankets were dirty, sand and someone's hair poured from them, the door to the bathroom was broken and did not close at all, the towel dryer was twisted and the trash can was completely rusty. And all this in a room for 1500 UAH (Deluxe category). The staff is rude and not at all friendly. In general, if you want to spoil your mood and rest for a lot of money, then you are here.
