They lived from 08/13/17 to 08/20/17 (7 days) in a log house. Booked 2 months in advance. The cost of a double room is 1200 UAH per day plus 400 UAH supplement for two children (3 years and 8 years). When checking in, the administrator many times focused on the fact that a fine is imposed for broken, missing, broken, damaged property. In our room, the toilet seat was loose and there was a bedside table without a handle, which we immediately notified the staff about.
The next day after checking in, the wallpaper began to fall off in the room, under which a black fungus on the wall was clearly visible, and there was a smell of mold. (Later it turned out that the room was flooded from the top floor, and the wallpaper was pasted on a damp wall before our arrival. ) We immediately turned to the administrator of the log cabins, who, spreading her hands, said that she could not do anything, and reported to the director. He came a day later and offered to move to a room in another log house in another two days. We refused, because this did not particularly solve the problem, because the children and I would still have to live in a room with fallen off wallpaper and a musty smell for most of the rest anyway. Yes, and friends lived next door, with whom we booked two rooms together in advance and in principle nearby. They asked to find another acceptable solution. The director promised to come up with something and left... for another three days. During these three days, we were asked when we would leave for the city, in order to stick new wallpapers for us in a couple of hours of our absence. On a damp moldy wall! We answered that we had planned a vacation at the sea, and not in the city. Three days later we went to the director's waiting room ourselves. To our indignation and offer to make a discount on accommodation for low-quality service, the director said that he would think and come to us. The next time we saw him, when we were leaving - we specially went to say goodbye ourselves - and he talked to us in a boorish way. Conclusions about the management of their own problems, and most importantly - about the attitude towards customers, are obvious.

Ate in the dining room. Large, 450 seats, air-conditioned. Quality - Scoop: chipped dishes, cheap food, but a lot to fill the stomach, absolutely all children's cereals are oversalted, a long wait for dishes.
