This day we started with a trip from Cherkasy to Talny. Honestly, I've never heard of this city.

So, a brief historical background. In 1702 the church of St. Anne was built in Talny. After the church council near Zamoś ć in 1720 in the Talniv region, the Orthodox churches again came under the jurisdiction of the unified Kyiv metropolitanate. The church stands in the city to this day.

Talnivshchyna can also be adorned with forests, ponds and fields, as well as waterfalls. We kept our embroidered path to one of them.

Then we had a fascinating journey to the hunting lodge of Count Shuvalov.

The elegant hunting castle of Count Naryshkin-Shuvalov in the town of Talne was founded in 1893.

It was a magnificent two-story palace in the style of the then and very popular hunting castles of the Renaissance. The castle is located in a specially designed English park. The main facade of the house is decorated with the count's coat of arms.

The architect of the palace was a Dutchman. The castle-palace has 3 towers with a luxurious balcony.

The style and decoration of the castle, indeed, will transport us all to the distant hours of the Renaissance. The castle is decorated with original stucco. Internal planning also deserves special attention.

The castle has a large hall in the center, and many living spaces. All this is sustained in a particularly luxurious manner of planning.

Today, the castle is part of Talniv Park - a park-monument of landscape art of national importance, although the park there is only a name, for me it looks like a forest.

At different times the castle was owned by the homelands of Counts Potocki, Narishkin, Shuvalov.

During the Soviet era, a museum of agriculture was located near the hunting castle.

It is interesting that the Museum of Agriculture was equipped here because many remnants of Trypillia culture were found on the territory of Talny.

According to historians and scientists, Trypillia culture is the oldest agricultural crop in the world.

Now the palace of Count Shuvalov should be restored, because it is in a terrible state. But he is not even guarded, he is taken care of by guys who have been guarding him for free for more than a year while the showdown is going on - and whose is he.

Everyone who wants to open and conduct a tour.

Next we went to the local church, which was built in 2007.

Probably the most beautiful building in this city, as in principle in the hundreds cities in Ukraine.

Then we arrived in the legendary village of Legedzina.

It gained its wide popularity in Ukraine and abroad thanks to the settlement of Trypillia culture discovered here. Later, the State Historical and Cultural Reserve "Trypillia Culture" was created in this place, where you can visit and touch the history of ancient civilization.

Trypillya settlements, or as they are called Kukuten-Trypillya, were located mainly in the south-eastern part of Europe.

Researchers have been working for three years in three districts of Cherkasy region - Talniv, Uman and Zvenigorod.

In their territory, archaeologists have discovered the so-called giant settlements, which cover an area of .2, 045 hectares. Eleven settlements were found here. For example, between the villages of Legedzyne and Talianki there is a famous settlement of the Trypillia people. It is located on 450 hectares of land in the third millennium BC, fifteen thousand people lived here. Approximately three thousand buildings were placed in a circle, which decreased to the center. The Trypillia settlement was surrounded by high man-made ramparts, which provided it with protection from enemy tribes. You will be able to see a partial reconstruction of such a Trypillia settlement near the village of Legedzyne in the historical and cultural reserve.

A museum dedicated to Trypillia megacities has been established in Legedzyn. In addition to the partially recreated interior of Trypillia buildings, here you can see museum exhibits that are over 5.000 years old. These are household products from clay - jugs, bowls, bowls, bowls.

It is very interesting and you can join both the construction of Trypillia huts and the archaeological expedition as a volunteer.

Next we had a master class on a doll from the local master Mrs. Olga.

In the evenings we went to visit an archeological expedition where we lit a fire and sang songs.
