We booked two rooms in advance as I was traveling with parents and a child. 06/05/2019 booked on 06/22/19 arrived on 06/10 offered to leave a deposit as they understood that there might be a flight delay, to which we were told we would not need rooms. 06/22/19 we arrived at 5.00 we were told that there were no rooms and they should not keep the room booked for us because we were supposed to be at 3.00 and arrived at 5.00 although we warned that we would definitely be (5/6 when the plane arrives) The person at the receptionwhen I asked for a book of complaints and asked her name, she said that she forgot her name)) DO NOT recommend !! !
