I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel, there were minuses in terms of cleanliness and the quality of breakfast, but at the request they settled earlier. And the last time I wanted to book a room, I talked with Anastasia, to a request to check in an hour earlier, she replied that she would have to pay an extra 50% of the room rate and that there would be an opportunity to check in, and when I said that we were previously settled without additional payment, she she immediately said that it was not possible to check in earlier, although they simply asked to get into the room to change clothes and leave for the meeting. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone, because the attitude towards customers, especially regular ones, should be completely different! We chose another hotel and it turned out to be better, cleaner and cheaper!! !
