I read the reviews below and it seems to me that we rested in different sanatoriums... Personally, I liked the san. Radon, everything is quite commensurate in the price-quality ratio. Yes, not Karlovy Vary, but the price is also not European, but somehow lower by an order of magnitude.
Territory. Yes, the territory is really small (which is honestly stated on the website of the sanatorium in a detailed photo report). Considering that through the fence of the railway workers with a good park and cute squirrels - for me this was not a problem at all. Shop on the territory of the sanatorium, it has delicious coffee.
Accommodation. I did not like that the sanatorium was in the city center - I wanted to be away from the bustle of the city. But for many, this is a plus - there are shops, cafes, ATMs, a minibus to the market nearby. A wonderful church within a minute's reach, the ruins of a castle. . .

Accommodation - I lived in building No. 3 across the road - the rooms are a little smaller (a little narrower) than in the main building, but the soundproofing is better (I didn’t notice any discomfort at all). Everything you need is there - a hair dryer, a TV set, a refrigerator, towels for the shower and separately for procedures. The view was at a construction site - not very much. I would like it to be built. In corp. No. 3 is quieter, fewer people - in the evenings we sat in the lobby on the floor and played board games - no one bothered, no one bothered us. The building is a 3-minute walk from the main building. Basically there is a locker room where I left my outerwear and went to the procedures.
In the main building, a wonderful free!! ! billiards (in all-inclusive billiards for money mostly, but here it was free, which made us incredibly happy).
Housekeeping - normal, no issues.
Food - more than. Everything is balanced: there is always something fish for lunch, the breakfast is such that on the first day I thought that the waiters mixed up the lunch menu and brought it in the morning. Delicious, that's really a lot of tasty things (I'm basically a fan of eating and I know a lot about it). The dietary table differs from the usual one in that everything is the same, but steamed (my friend was on the dietary table).
Treatment - I signed up all around and came at the appointed time and in general everything is fine. Yes, there is some time delay, but it is not significant. It’s more a question of vacationers who allow themselves to be late, dress / undress for 10 minutes (it’s hard to plan your wardrobe for a trip so that there are comfortable sportswear and a loose sweater). Primetime from 10 to 12, if you sign up for procedures a little earlier / later - everything is ok (I went to an ascending shower before breakfast - generally free). My advice - do not sign up for 8 procedures for one day, it will really be a problem to be in time all around.
And yes, on the topic of "bad treatment" - you need to be treated at home in a hospital, and you need to go to a sanatorium to improve your health. Many people think that they will live at random until they are 50, and then they will go to a sanatorium and they will be cured there in 10 days. No, a miracle will not happen!
As for the attitude of the staff towards the vacationers, there are no complaints at all, everything is fine. Everyone is polite - everyone smiles, enters into the situation and promptly helps to solve the problem (my roommate was snoring, I approached the administration with this problem and I was moved to another room the same day).

Advice to vacationers - do not expect that they will bow to you, no one owes you anything. The staff are ordinary people, people at work. You will receive exactly what you should receive - the necessary procedures. If you want a smile, try smiling yourself to those around you (by the way, this works in any country in the world, a kind of universal language). Say hello, smile, say thank you/please (and don't walk around with sour mines and criticism of everything and everywhere) - and you will have polite staff.
Yes, there are bureaucratic moments (when checking in). It is better not to visit on Monday (but this is the case in all resorts), since there are always queues on Mondays.
Disadvantages: the lack of a private pool (yes, there is a pool in the bathroom of the railroad workers through the fence, but it is very shovels). I would like my own, which would be at the level of the entire sanatorium (ideally - with a kind of spa complex).
The big downside for me was that the staff refuses to accept tips. The maids first pass out, and then run away from you if you try to leave a tip for cleaning the room. I suspect that this is such a policy of the leadership. Dear leaders of the sanatorium! There is nothing wrong with tips. All over the world, this is accepted, this is the norm. Personally, I don’t understand why in Egypt I leave a tip to some non-Russian-speaking guy, and it’s the norm there, while in your country our Ukrainian woman is forbidden to receive what everyone in the world gets in her position. Moreover, I am sure that when you, the leaders, go on vacation abroad, you leave a tip there. Are we Europe? Then let's adopt world business methods and standards in the tourism sector in everything, and not selectively (including tips).
This fall I'm going back to Radon. I wanted to check into the main building this time (I’m going in cold weather, I wanted the declared “everything under one roof”) But, unfortunately, before NG there are no free places in bldg. No. 3. Whether something has changed and in what direction - I will describe upon arrival.
