I called the reception, the administrator was sleeping, took the guard, listened. But he didn’t even walk down the corridor, didn’t knock on the room opposite mine (102). I aired again for 15 minutes. There are two children with me in my small room and I am 6 months pregnant. breathing is not possible. I call again - the guard does not pick up the phone. And then completely brazenly dumps. I had to call at such an early time and find out how the guest can help himself if the staff does not want to do anything. They said to go to the reception and raise a scandal, they say the fastest way. I had to get dressed and go out. Naturally, the company in 102 both smoked and did not stop and made a noise. A girl was already sitting at the reception (at 6:45) and two guards. The guard opened his mouth loudly and yelled: they say I went, I did my job. Of course, I can stand up for myself, but what else to do when a rural peasant tries to yell at you with a slurred tongue. I told him that he had no right not to pick up the phone for 10 minutes, which rings throughout the hotel, that he should have blown his ass and knocked on the room with violators and forbade smoking, especially if the rooms are of such poor quality. And in response to me: we didn’t drink brotherhood and the like. It's 7:15 and the room stinks and stinks. Who was pregnant will understand how disgusting it is. My daughter, 5 years old, also does not sleep, she asks why it stinks so much. It is impossible to keep the window open all the time, it is cold outside, the children will catch a cold. This is despite the fact that for the number of 13 squares (all the same) I pay 800 + 400 (for a folding bed) = 1200 UAH. Plus, the children went to the pool for 500-550 every day. Plus, the restaurant does not cost less than 2000 per day. In total, I spent at least 3700 per day to see such a service? Dismiss me. Never ever.
