Complete disappointment. Paid for group accommodation on July 13-14.2021, by bank transfer. I paid for 5 double rooms, for 9 people and always with separate beds. In the invoice for payment, I was given the amount for accommodation of 5 rooms and 10 (!!! ) breakfasts for 9 people. During the check-in, the reception did not consider it necessary to tell the guests that the price of the room included a paid breakfast. The next day, when I was picking up a group from the hotel, the guests, as it turned out, were left without breakfast. When I contacted the reception with the question "why are guests without breakfast when it is included in the room price? ", the staff was very surprised, they did not know that breakfast was paid for and tried to find documents confirming the payment. For 2 weeks, I was told fairy tales that, of course, the amount for uncooked breakfasts would be returned to me, but no, in the end, such a decision was never made. In addition, at first two girls were placed in a room with one double bed, the reception refused to move until I called the reservation department. In general, a complete disappointment, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
