Stayed at the hotel from Jan 1-4.2022. Before that, we used your services many times, arriving at the Zhuliany airport. Service has deteriorated significantly over the past year. When checking in on the night of January 1-2, we were told that breakfast was until 11:30. Arriving on January 4 for breakfast at 9:55 in the buffet area, we found mountains of garbage, leftovers and dirty dishes, a coffee machine that did not work, the absence of any food, we waited 15 minutes for the waiter, after which he lazily reported in a rather frivolous form, that breakfast is over. If you position yourself as a park hotel with a restaurant (and breakfast is included in the price) - keep your brand, recruit normal qualified waiters (and not schoolchildren with a complete lack of any intelligence on their faces), teach them to provide at least elementary service and explain in what area they work. And if your restaurant is an eatery, where the attendants are random people, then explain to hotel guests that it is better for them to order breakfast and all other meals outside your hotel.
