BUT: I must say right away: this is NOT a Premium class hotel, but a roadside MOTEL. according to the characteristics, everything corresponds exactly to the motel: 1) there is an elevator, but it has not been working for a long time (according to employees) 2) everything in this hotel is OLD, cheap and of poor quality: plumbing rips, creaks, you need to make an effort to drain the water in the toilet.

I must say right away: this is NOT a Premium class hotel, but a roadside MOTEL. according to the characteristics, everything corresponds exactly to the motel:
1) there is an elevator, but it has not been working for a long time (according to employees)
2) everything in this hotel is OLD, cheap and of poor quality: plumbing rips, creaks, you need to make an effort to drain the water in the toilet. The door to the shower stall is loose and the water flows out, opening the door, you find yourself in a huge puddle up to your knees.
3) ventilation is switched on/off by one switch with a light, i. e. it is constantly working while the light is on. And. . . Since it is located almost above the shower cabin, when you take a shower, cold air blows on your wet body!! ! Very unpleasant!
4) There are no bathrobes at all, towels too. Instead of the latter - worn out hundred-year-old rags with the logo of the hotel.
5) mattresses - not orthopedic, but spring. Very bad and uncomfortable. Forget about rest and healthy sleep in this hotel right away! Mattresses of double beds are not double, but consisting of two single beds.
6) there is NO declared playground!
7) meager breakfasts (as for a Premium class hotel! )
8) the furniture is old!
9) ROYAL ROOM - NOT TWO-ROOM, BUT ONE-ROOM WITH A PRIVATE CORRIDOR
10) THE WHOLE HOTEL IS OLD WITH OLD, POOR AND CHEAP REPAIRS, with narrow corridors and stairs!

And the main thing is the reception!
We were met by a wonderful girl Oksana, who is supposedly an administrator, knowing that we will arrive with a small child:
FIRST: I didn’t prepare the room and settled the family with manyunya in a cold room!!!
SECOND: they settled us with a small child in the worst and smallest Comfort, the photo of which is not on their official website, although I specified that I want a Comfort room exactly like in the photo. In addition, the spacious Comfort was free (they were almost empty on those May days).
The fact is that they have 3 different rooms in the same Comfort category at the same price. One - side, overlooking the opposite side of the hotel (not bad, by the way). The second one is on the 5th floor without a balcony (#504), the one that was in the photo on the site. And the rest on the 3rd and 4th floors with a balcony (##303.304, 305.403, 404.405 respectively). With a balcony - the rooms are VERY SMALL, CATASTROPHICALLY SMALL. In general, I'm sure they were originally planned as single rooms with a single bed along the wall. And now they have a large double bed and the passage between the bed and the furniture along the wall is about 50 cm - incredibly cramped, especially with a child.
And THIRD and, most importantly, this Oksana did not warn that a room with a single occupancy costs almost 200 UAH cheaper, and she calculated the second room in which our mother (alone) lived at full price, as for a double occupancy.
At the same time, on the phone she asked how many people would live in each room!
We paid for two rooms at once for 3 days, we wanted to stay for 4 days. But having been there (solely because of the delicious restaurant!!! ) for 2 days, we left. We decided that it is not worth living in a roadside motel at the price of a Premium class hotel!!!
I highly recommend the restaurant, but a hotel with such an attitude does not exist for us anymore!

The rooms are large, they delivered a baby cot for my daughter, and there was enough space left. We ate at the restaurant - they cook deliciously, but you won’t come with “your own”, this is very strict. There was no time to have fun, it was more necessary to travel to work. But what plus the child was left on the baby sitor.

Vacationing with family. We've arrived. It was hot. Settled without problems. The number is awesome. Husband got us a junior suite. It cost us 1580 UAH + 250 UAH extra bed for my brother. They feed to kill. Waiters fly like flies. The hotel is clean and there is enough space. I advise everyone who wants to have an awesome time or a weekend.
