The room was booked a week before arrival without prepayment.
The hotel is located in the central part of the city, 10-12 minutes walk from Rynok Square.
If you arrive by car, you can leave your car overnight in front of the main entrance to the hotel for free.
The settlement went quickly. Payment for accommodation - at any convenient time. I paid when I left. Bank cards are accepted for payment.
An electronic card is issued as a key to the room.
A couple of minutes after the card is pulled out of a special device, the electricity in the room is completely turned off.
To charge your phone or tablet while you are away, you need an additional card.
Standard room on the fourth floor.
The room that I was offered had a very strong pungent odor.
After contacting the manager, the number was changed.
The photos on the hotel website are completely true.
Medium sized room, comfortable.
Since the windows are small and under the ceiling, there is no view from the window.
This also contributes to the absence of noise from the street.
You can hear people talking loudly in the hallway or slamming the doors of neighboring rooms.
Bed - double, wide. The mattress and pillows are comfortable!
There is no chandelier in the room.
Lighting is organized with the help of lamps located in a niche under the ceiling, behind the mirror and just above the plinth.
Impressive luminous bedside tables.
It is convenient that you can turn the lighting on and off with switches located near the bed.
Everything looks very impressive, but in the evening there is not enough light - the room is in constant twilight.
Air conditioning is well located - in the hallway.
The control panel is right there on the wall.
But I couldn’t figure it out on my own, and I didn’t find the instructions.
More than five free sockets.
There are ten clothes hangers in the hallway.
In the bedside table under the TV there is a safe and a mini-bar with a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and a few bars.
Prices for minibar products are high.
As a compliment from the hotel, two half-liter bottles of water - one with gas, the other without.
LCD TV with a diagonal of at least 32 inches with a set of Ukrainian and international channels and a convenient remote control.
Initially, there was no Wi-Fi in the room at all. It was impossible to connect. I called the administrator twice, she promised to restart the router on the floor. After this procedure, Wi-Fi earned.
The speed is normal, but while watching the transmission on-line, the Internet "freezes" several times.
The bathroom is medium in size with a shower.
The lighting is soft, twilight.
But with the help of an additional lamp above the mirror, you can make it much brighter.
There is no magnifying mirror.
Plumbing is new, high quality, works perfectly.
The shower cabin is spacious with a good location of the shower head. Taking a shower is very comfortable.
From bath accessories - four towels, disposable slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, cosmetic set (sticks and disks for removing makeup).
There is a hair dryer. Works good.
In my opinion, the "highlights" of the hotel are a spacious gym with an excellent set of various exercise equipment and a wonderful pool with 4 lanes 25 m long.
You can get to the sports complex directly from the hotel corridor.
In the hall you will definitely find a simulator for working out the desired muscle group, and the water temperature in the pool is very comfortable for swimming.
All this is complemented by good locker rooms and showers.
Guests staying at the hotel will receive an extra towel when visiting the sports complex.
Sneakers are required in the gym, and in order to get into the pool, you need to have a swimming cap, classic swimming trunks (not shorts), and slippers.
The sports complex is open from 7 am until late in the evening.
For hotel guests, access is not limited in time and is included in the room rate.
Breakfast - buffet.
Sliced from three types of ham and three types of cheese, fresh vegetables and several types of vegetable salads, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, stewed mushrooms pancakes, oatmeal, raw eggs and tools for cooking them, butter and cheese in a disposable package, several types of bread, pastries, muesli, honey, jams, yogurt, hot milk, three types of juice from bags, mineral water, oranges, tangerines, apples.
Tea can be ordered from the bartender. It is served in a teapot.
Everything I've tried is delicious.
In general, the breakfast is rich and varied.
An unpleasant situation occurred during the calculation for accommodation during eviction.
I asked the administrator if I needed a travel certificate. She said no.
Three minutes later, she gave me a check, where the travel fee was included in the amount of accommodation, which is not charged upon presentation of a travel certificate.
In response to my question why it happened, the administrator began to apologize, offered to return the amount of the fee back to the card, but since I had to leave urgently, and I was afraid that she would mess something up again, I refused the return operation.
But an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
The quality of the room, the food and especially the sports area at the LH Hotel deserve an excellent value for money. And this rating could have been put if there had not been a few unpleasant moments with the service.
The hotel has a spa, which we did not get to try due to Easter and weekends, but we plan to visit LH Hotel again and correct this defect : )
Walk to the center 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. The hotel has its own unguarded parking, nearby there is a paid, guarded one.
For those who know what a 4 * hotel in Europe is, I can safely advise this establishment, because sometimes we just forgot that we are in Lviv, the level is so well respected!
