We stayed on May 7th for City Day. The room was booked in advance with a double bed. (moreover, they emphasized this when booking) When settling, they were given with two separate ones. The administrator said - if you don't like it, don't settle. There was no choice - Lviv's Day. We asked the administrator to call a taxi - she said that they had a private taxi.

The driver came in and gave her a rollback, for which he charged us instead of 17-20.25 (to the station) And it took 5 minutes to go there. The administrators are terrible. They answer questions with such a physiognomy, as if we were superfluous there. The hotel itself is cute. The rooms are clean but small. The restaurant looks nice, but I do not recommend drinking coffee here. We only drank a sip. Horror! It turned out to be tableted Ternopil. I have nothing against Ternopil - but the coffee is lousy. Breakfast for an additional fee of 70g per person. But the range is weak. Eggs, pancakes. We ate in the city (about 3-4 stops to the center. In general, I will summarize - the owners invested money in the hotel, but they picked up very bad administrators. (by the way, both girls served boorishly and not only us, as I then saw sitting at the reception) Replace the staff and the hotel will come to life! And buy good coffee and expand the menu. Good luck with the hotel!
