- Lack of curtains in room 10. The manager moved to room 11.
- The room was not cleaned
-Small sheet, did not fully cover the mattress
-Single duvet in a room with a double bed
- Uncomfortable pillows and mattress. After two nights, the back hurt so much that they did not dare to stay for the third night.
-Shower door not fully closed
-Shelf for toiletries curved corners
- Tiny washbasin
-No safe
-Coffee is not included in breakfast.
There is no breakfast menu, what is cooked is served.
This was the fourth time we have stayed at the hotel. Shall we stop again? No.

Never stay here!!! It seems that nothing foreshadowed, they called and booked a week in advance, when they arrived they found out that there was no room, they began to swear, they found out that some cool people had arrived and today they were settled even without a reservation. After talking with the management, they still gave the number, but 100 UAH more expensive and 200 UAH worse.
