There is exactly one negative moment, but it is so inappropriate that I cannot put more than 1 point for this:
We booked a Junior Suite in advance, that is, the most expensive of all possible (not counting the Apartments). Before traveling here and at the time of paying for the room, no one notified us that the rooms are different and no one knew my preferences regarding what I needed in the room. I was a little shocked when I looked at the site to look at other rooms and saw that the Junior Suite room that I paid for did not match what you see in the photo on the site. And I will say more - our room fits completely under the Standard category, even in the photo in the Standard category there is a room identical to ours. At the same time, when I approached to resolve this issue at the reception, they told me that our room was a Junior Suite, and that they select a room depending on the wishes of the guest (I repeat once again - no one recognized my wishes, but I needed first of all a room with desktop).
As a result, we paid for the Junior Suite, we are given a room that is identical to the Standard room, and the hotel pockets the difference in the form of 400 UAH per day. The photos on the site do not match what you get in the end. I was terribly disappointed with this and went downstairs to the reception to resolve this issue, and the only thing that interested me was the return of the difference between the Junior Suite and Standard rooms, to which I was told that my room is a Junior Suite (which is just a common marketing lie, t . to you will not find any difference in appearance and features between our room and the Standard). The only thing they offered me was free time in the conference room, which is just a ridiculous replacement, given that I was simply deceived in this hotel on the difference between rooms in the amount of more than 2000 UAH.
In general, the hotel provides quality services, but I cannot ignore such an attitude towards the client and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because of such deceptions of their own visitors.
