When we were changed in all rooms new mattresses, pillows, blankets. Tip - buy new dishes in the same style for the bar, as well as establish a better Wi-Fi supply. The hotel is located in the center, close to the pump room and the central park. If you need treatment, there are sanatorium "Truskavets", "Arnika" nearby. The hotel area is small, but well landscaped. Thank you very much for the holiday, we hope to come again.

The rooms are ok; the food is bad. strained in the evenings, it flows a little warm; the room is not cleaned: for a day, no one deigned to throw out even the garbage, I'm not talking about sweeping; there is nowhere to dry towels after a shower: at least nail on the balcony or on a cold radiator in the bath; there are cups and a kettle in the room, but no spoons, so stir sugar in tea and coffee only with your finger; food at the bar is a complete paragraph: ham is served in the morning, and in the evening a salad is made from its leftovers, a feeder so as not to die, I have never eaten such terrible food anywhere, but one can only dream of meat.

Due to the fact that we unexpectedly decided to extend our stay by two days, and did not want to look for something far from our hotel, we chose "Europe" as the closest option. The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed. There is a restaurant with budget prices and delicious coffee. An absolutely terrible room: towels that have long been suitable only for a floor rag (it was scary to touch them), bed linen washed to the state of the same rag, and even not fresh ! ! The floor in the room is dirty, the furniture is loose, the TV remote control is not working (and even sticky).

The floor in the room is dirty, the furniture is loose, the TV remote control is not working (and even sticky). One (!!! ) outlet and no Wi-Fi. That is, it is, but it does not reach the upper floors! There is no place in the shower to hang towels and clothes, there is a broken lock in the toilet. Locks jammed, doors groaned with a terrible volume. Shameless staff: grunting doors and talking for several floors, a common thing for them.
In general, the memories were not pleasant enough. Positive, only about the bartender-waitress of their cafe (unfortunately, I don’t know the name): smiling, helpful, pleasant, able to find an approach to children

There were three of us - me, my wife and a child of 9 years old. I can say that this is one of the best vacation options in Truskavets. Located almost in the center, but without too much noise. Attentive staff, there is always a security guard on the territory - strangers will not be allowed in without an invitation! Room cleaning - daily, linen change - every 3-4 days.

Attentive staff, there is always a security guard on the territory - strangers will not be allowed in without an invitation! Room cleaning - daily, linen change - every 3-4 days. We lived in a deluxe room. Two rooms, a balcony, a bathroom - everything is clean and tidy. When checking in, the shower holder did not work - they changed it the next day in the morning! The first 2 days it was a bit cold, so at our request they turned on the heating. The staff is attentive, does not require a tip, but with such diligence they definitely deserve it. The kitchen is excellent, we could never eat the whole breakfast - they gave so much. You can eat both indoors and on the terrace. Treatment can be bought in any of the sanatoriums - while the attitude towards you will be much better than towards your own vacationers. And besides, the main medicine of Truskavets is its water - which you can drink regardless of which sanatorium you live in!
