Fraudsters, rude people, irresponsible people who work there brazenly extort money, pretending to be an "elite" hotel. Back in September, two rooms were booked, then in 2!! ! a few days ago, due to the cancellation of the plans, they refused to make a reservation, but it has been a month now that we have not been able to return the funds that were paid for the reservation of these rooms. At first they said that the application was accepted, then they just started to transfer from the reception to the reservation department, then they stopped picking up the phone altogether! No one will give you the numbers of the director, accountant, manager of the institution! When we applied directly to this hotel, we were simply knocked off our feet by the administrator's answers at the reception, you will not get your money back and leave here. Therefore, I urge people never to go to this hotel!
And after reading reviews from other tourists, I realized that this is a "snake", and not only because of the attitude of the working staff, but also the rooms that do not correspond to reality, the spa, which is not a spa at all...and the food, which is and in other cheaper hotels.
